Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dry Ridge

The dry ridge location has been really rude and always messing up my order. This time they were late and didn't cook the pizza completely. I have given them many chances. But the manager is always rude Regardless. He try to make it where I wasn't able to get a refund on my order although they had messed up on it. He said he would do it this time but ban me from their location. I know this is a franchise owned business but I wouldn't think dominos would want someone owning something like this with their name attached who deals with their customers like this. Every single time I order it is either late or the pizza is always undercooked. And the responses I would get would always be rude. The location in walton never gives me any issue and has always done my order right but unfortunately they do not deliver to my location. He tried to say i couldn't get a refund even though i have gotten full refunds or even partials at other locations beforehand. He hung up on me and im still not sure if my refund will actually go through. If I don't see it in the next day or so I shall call my bank to fix the issue. I have contacted cooperate but since it is a franchise there is not much that may be done. I also never see them wear their masks when i have ordered pick up before. The delivery driver did wear her mask to my door but she is the only one ive see to do so at that location. I would steer clear from this location and take the extra time to head to Walton's...

Not only did I wait over an hour for my food I was missing an item so okay no problem it happens. When I called to locate it they informed it they would send someone out to fix it. Another 45 minutes I wait only to receive the wrong item. An item I never even ordered. So I tell the driver the misunderstanding at hand and she ensures me it will be resolved this time and she herself would be back with the correct item. Another 45 minutes I wait at this point a bit aggravated..and call again to find out no one was even coming back or going to inform me they missed the item entirely while placing my order to begin with !! So as I speak to the manager and am forced to come to my own resolution(hot , food that I ordered the very first time) without being charged again for delivery I am now getting my correct order that I paid for in about another 45 minutes will not be ordering from this location ever again . Iv also had to ask twice for a recipt , Customer service is clearly absent in this...

I would totally leave a zero star if I could. Last week I ordered a pizza had it delivered and have the toppings was stuck to the top of the box. Mind u I had buffalo drizzle on top of that pizza like every other pizza place does. I called and got my credit today mind u had to spend $20 to get a free pizza delivered to me and low and behold I get the same pizza and there's no buffalo drizzle on the top of this pizza. I call and they say that the buffalo sauce is cooked in the crust of this pizza that sometimes they do it that way and sometimes they put it on top. Like there's one certain way that a pizza is supposed to be made not just how you feel like doing it on certain days. This store needs better management.
