I hate to do reviews that don’t give praise to the company, but I have to say this because this is unacceptable. I bank at Provident When I came outside, My Husband had to go to the bathroom so he went into cold stone, where there’s a guy working there told him he could not use the bathroom. It was out of order. He blatantly flat out, “lied.” ! There was no out of order sign on the door. Clearly my husband immediately saw me coming out of provident and told me what this guy said to him so I went in there. I was gonna buy something sweet that day anyway because I am a blogger. I love to taste and try out different Restaurants and then give them a report. I was looking at all the eateries in that area and couldn’t wait to dine there & Take photos and post them for my page. He literally told My Husband again the bathroom is out of order. My Husband said there is no sign there saying out of order and I said to him, you know you don’t have to be so mean like that I said I bank next-door, and I was in there for a little while & my husband had to use the bathroom he just had a mean, look on his face and would not comment on what I said, as if I wasn’t even there or I didn’t matter. I find that quite offensive. I went back to Provident and told them my experience they said wow it’s a public bathroom . To The man working there …if you don’t want others in your establishment state that we won’t come there at all you really disrespect us and treated like us like we were nothing. This man was a mean Person was very standoffish. He could’ve even given us another option , because we don’t know that mall very well I don’t go to that particular Credit Union I go to a different one so the area is very beautiful and I couldn’t wait to dine there at that particular outdoor mall & tell the public about the wonderful restaurants they have there he could have said you can go down to another store. They have a public bathroom. He gave us no personal contact with his eyes He was not apologetic He would not acknowledge us so I deemed this as far as I was treated to be racist. I’m appalled at his behavior. The bathroom room was not out of order I even left and came back to check to see. He could have said I’m sorry we can’t let you use our public bathroom “he lied.” i’m asking everyone to consider when you see or hear about someone being mistreated please stand by them. We are hard-working God-fearing people. We are very kind and we love people for him to treat us the way he did was wrong Our family has had very successful businesses, and love to serve the customer .That way was very hurtful. I ended up going to cookie crumbl for a treat. The young people there are very kind. By the way, we’re older established people were not some young Thugged out children. We are very mature adults. This is unacceptable in...
Read moreThere's legitimate mental issues with management here. I've now seen this mentioned in 4 total reviews, even people on Yelp, on how stingy they are with the little cups that cost them PENNIES.
I ordered the largest size they offer, like the big one you'd buy in a grocery store. Asked for a few sets of cups and spoons... APPARENTLY THEY THINK PEOPLE ORDER THIS SIZE FOR 1 PERSON TO EAT OUT OF THE TUB?!
For perspective, the same size Dreyers ice cream from Safeway is $7.50 - it cost $20 here, and an extra 25c in paper cups is asking for too much.
This the 5th location I've ordered this size from for me, my wife, and two kids to share - they are the ONLY one that didn't happily hand over a few paper cups and plastic spoons.
So after leaving stunned at this policy, we get home and see there's LITERALLY 1 PEANUT BUTTER CUP IN THE ENTIRE THING. It's basically plain ice cream - how could the person making it not see it it even looked strange for a coldstone ice cream because you couldn't see anything mixed into it.
... plus, ITS ABOUT 20% EMPTY (website says they 'fill to the brim')
WHAT DOES EVERY SINGLE ISSUE RELATE TO? A STORE SKIMPING THEIR CUSTOMERS
There's literally a documentary on the disorder someone has when they can't help but to pinch pennies, while being oblivious to how pathetic it makes them look.
Between the missing mix ins, refusing cups and spoons, and shorting my ice cream, you probably did save about $1.50 in expenses.
We just moved here, and for 3+ years we've spent over $1000/year at coldstone (every kids/niece/nephews bdays). So, congrats, i'll keep buying in Danville where we used to, its only like 10 mins away.
Saved $1.50, lost several thousand dollars over the next few years -...
Read moreIf you want dessert after having dinner at The crossings, go anywhere but here. At 8:30pm they had four people working and there were only two people ahead of us when we got there, but we still waited around ten minutes to be served. Most of the employees were socializing instead of even serving any customers. One of the employees was standing off to the side talking to two customers, not even being the counter. By the time we were finally served there was a huge line behind us. Their service isn't better at other times, either. They could really use another cash register. The service for ice cream is already bad, but for some reason they still try to double as a rocky mountain chocolate factory. The chocolate isn't too great; you can get better in Danville. And the chocolate counter is off to the side with no dedicated attendant. If you want chocolate, you typically end up waiting 10-15 minutes regardless of how busy the ice cream counter is. They basically ignore anyone at the chocolate counter. Again, if you want dessert, this place isn't worth all the struggle. I'd suggest finding somewhere else if you...
