I've been coming here every week since they opened. They were awesome. Lately, not so much. A couple of weeks ago a couple of my cookies seemed to be missing toppings. I kindly asked the girl who brought me the cookies. She went and got somebody else who just brushed me off. I asked for toppings and she begrudgingly got some. Tonight two of the cookies I ordered, the Maple Cinnamon Roll, didn't have the same amount of toppings. One looked closer to the picture and the other had much less of the cinnamon roll filling. Neither of them went to the edge, as in the picture. When I mentioned how the one had much less the girl just responded "oh, sorry". When they bring the box of cookies to you, show you the cookies and ask if they look ok (sometimes they ask), I would expect if the answer is no they would fix it. They used to always look awesome and more of the employees were friendly. I am in retail and was always impressed by most of the staff. I know hiring is hard lately but hopefully they can get the staff to do better. Some of my complaint may seem trivial, but for the price of these cookies I expect them to be as advertised. I used to feel good when I walked in, but not lately. Lately I haven't even seen the employees who were friendly (one even would recognize me when I came in). They all seem robotic now. I rushed from work to grab crumbles for my coworkers birthday, and when I got in the girl in front had a little bit attitude because I told her that website pickup option is not working. She responded that she can’t do anything about it. I told her I know I am just letting you know so you can report the issue. And then she goes we can’t take any orders right now the system is down. I told her I literally came from my work break and I accidentally put in the order in San Ramon location, but this is near me. Could you please do something to help I am ready to buy another box. I am running out of time. She said she can’t do anything. She did not understand the sensitivity of the issue. I came from my work break and obv ran out of time to go somewhere else. Read moreI had the most wonderful experience on a recent Friday evening. I was immediately greeted by Max, who was kind, friendly and offered any assistance I may need. I had a challenging request, as I was ordering many cookies for fellow coworkers, along with friends who were celebrating Birthdays. Max was outstanding! She made sure everything was perfect and it was! Aiden, who was busy providing many customer's delights for their night, also checked in with me and made sure I was satisfied with my order!! He was really great to talk with and was happy to assist me. I also want to compliment Irina, who was also really engaging, and a masterpiece with her cookies and design.
