I do not normally respond to reviews, however, XW(hanlu) decided post a photo of me, so here is my perspective. Also a few convenient details XWhanlu left out.
XWhanlu is accusing my dimsum food runner, a 50+ year old Asian woman, mask wearing, soft spoken and mother, of “insulting” her 4 year old daughter………(no words were exchanged between XWhanlu).
XWhanlu is standing up and shouting out loud, making a scene. Clearly out of control.
I introduced myself as the manager on duty, immediately apologize for the incident, said I will talk to my food runner later in PRIVATE.
XWhanlu did not like my response..she DEMANDED I tell my food runner to give a table side apology “I am sorry”. (To shame her)
I explained to XWhanlu that is not our policy, we talk to our employees in PRIVATE if there is a complaint, but XWhanlu disagreed, said the correct policy is to have our employee apologize “I am sorry” in person, in public….
XWhanlu said “she would make her 4 year old child apologize”. Again…my employee is a 50+ year old Asian mother, she is not a child, we talk to them in private. (XWhanlu is not understanding basic respect for employees privacy). I responded we are in America, not China, we do not do that here in America.
Here are a few details XWhanlu conveniently left out: XWhanlu started recording me illegally, I did not provide my consent, I told her to stop, she continued. No respect for my privacy, a reoccurring theme. Because XWhanlu continued her disruption of our business, I asked them to leave and the entire meal is comped. She refused to leave and responded by calling the police. The police arrived, informed XWhanlu that nothing criminal has occurred, the business is at no fault, and that they need to leave or it is trespassing. XWhanlu agreed to leave if she received an apology “I am sorry”. The police officer laughed and said, no, that is not happening. XWhanlu called the police on me for being “rude”, the police asked if I wanted to press charges for making a false report. I said NO, just...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My family and I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Golden Sand Harbor that I feel compelled to share to warn others. We had been looking forward to enjoying a meal together, but our day was ruined by the appalling behavior of an older waitress. From the moment we sat down, she was rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome. The situation escalated when she made several offensive and insulting comments directed at us and even at my four year old daughter. Her behavior was completely unprovoked and left us feeling humiliated and disrespected.
We decided to speak with the manager named Leslie Yu, hoping for a resolution and an apology. To our shock, the manager's response was even more distressing. Not only did he refuse to apologize for the waitress's behavior, but he also exhibited a blatantly racist attitude towards us. It was clear that he had no intention of addressing our concerns or making amends for the unacceptable treatment we received. I highly doubt why any restaurant would hire a such unprofessional manager.
The manager's refusal to apologize on behalf of his employee or the restaurant was the final straw. It is deeply troubling that a place of business would allow such behavior to go unchecked and would treat its customers with such blatant disrespect. This experience has left a lasting negative impression on us, and we will never return to Golden Sand Harbor.
I urge others to think twice before dining here. No one should have to endure the kind of mistreatment and discrimination that we experienced. There are many other establishments that value their customers and provide a welcoming and respectful environment. Avoid Golden Sand Harbor...

This was, without a doubt, the most revolting and horrifying dining experience my friends and I have ever had the misfortune to endure. We ordered a sliced beef dish from Golden Sand Harbor, only to discover it contained a HUMAN TOOTH embedded in one of the slices. Yes, you read that correctly—a human tooth! One of my friends took a bite and immediately screamed in pain as she bit down on this foreign object, spitting it out in utter disgust and agony. We were all absolutely appalled and in a state of disbelief.
After my friend clarified that the tooth was definitely not hers, we immediately brought this horrifying incident to the manager's attention. To our complete astonishment, the manager not only refused to apologize but had the audacity to suggest that the tooth might have been my friend's. This implication was not only absurd but deeply insulting. We were flabbergasted by the manager's utter lack of professionalism and basic human decency.
The way this situation was handled was beyond reprehensible. A simple apology and a replacement of the dish could have resolved the issue quickly and painlessly. Instead, we were met with denial and blatant disrespect. This was not just a failure of customer service but an outrageous display of negligence and rudeness.
Our group of ten decided to pay for what was brought to the table and left the restaurant in disgust. We will never set foot in Golden Sand Harbor again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment at all costs.
