I am a single mom shopping for groceries loading them on the belt from the bottom of my stroller with my baby in one arm to keep him from crying. I accidentally dropped an empty glass jar costing 4.99. The cashier proceeded to try to charge me when I had over $150 in groceries to purchase. Instead of offering help to a customer with full hands they were going to charge me, I was appalled, and when I called to speak to the manager really hoping for a simple apology for the poor customer service I was dismissed with attitude and disrespect.
