DO NOT SHOP HERE! Horrible customer service and even worse management. I am a single mom shopping for groceries loading them on the belt from the bottom of my stroller with my baby in one arm to keep him from crying. I accidentally dropped an empty glass jar costing 4.99. The cashier proceeded to try to charge me when I had over $150 in groceries to purchase. Instead of offering help to a customer with full hands they were going to charge me, I was appalled, and when I called to speak to the manager really hoping for a simple apology for the poor customer service I was dismissed with attitude and disrespect. Don’t waste your time or money here there’s plenty of other grocery outlets with better customer service make the extra drive to Pleasanton...

I go to this store from time to time and there's one thing I always notice... the manager is extremely rude to everybody.l tried asking her a question and the attitude she gave was absurd it was so bad I couldn't take it!! I was observing how she treats other people when asked a question, same thing. I thought your suppose to be a great customer service person but Definitely not this manager!
