Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Dublin

Upon arriving to pick up my order I noticed that I was missing toppings. After alerting the employee (Brian G) of the problem he suggested giving me the toppings separately(never heard of this but okay). He then proceeded to touch the computer screen, Place a phone call and then wipe his hands on his pants and head over to deal with my food without sanitizing or washing his hands. I immediately asked him why he didn't clean his hands before touching the food and his reply was, " I was just going to use the tongs". Upon asking for a refund the employee denied my refund and said he would just have to make me another pizza now and I would have to call back in the morning for a refund. I took the pizza as leverage to receive my refund the next morning and Upon calling back the next morning and alerting the manager what had happened, she stated that she doesn't allow them to give refund and attempted to offer me a free medium pizza instead, Why would i want another pizza from here after what i witness the night prior? I told her i would just like a refund and she first agreed to such. Ten minutes pass and she calls me back and says I was illegible for a refund because the food left the building ( I still had the whole pizza at home and was willing to take it back). Due to our current circumstances in a global pandemic I assumed general hygiene was the top priority in keeping people safe but apparently this business seems to feel different. Please reevaluate your hygiene standards and refund policy's had I been giving a refund at the time of pick up the pizza would...

I've been eating Round table Pizza my entire life and I know what it's supposed to taste like it's my favorite Pizza. This pizza didn't taste or look like the pizzas I'm used to getting at Round Table. We got the King Arthur supreme and the meats on there were bland they had NO flavor ...no oil was visible... usually I have to pat the top of my Pizza down to soak up some of the grease...it tasted like fake meat.... It barely had any sauce on it and the crust was doughy.....also the cheese and pepper flakes in The Little jars on the table but we're not the same as all the other round tables I've been to....and I ordered a Stella it was on draft and I swear it was Budweiser. I was there with my son and my granddaughter and we had never been there before as we were just passing through Dublin. Schools are out on winter break and there was nobody else in the restaurant....nobody came to pick up a pizza... one phone order came through while we were there... Seems kind of strange! My son would normally eat 3 or 4 pieces of Pizza he ate. 1... I would normally eat 2 or 3... I ate also only ate 1.... I thought that all the round tables are supposed to buy their supplies from the same distributor but clearly this...

This was my second time picking up food that was incorrect. Previously I ordered chicken wings with the phone app, along with other items. There was a choice of spicy or mild. I requested mild, but received spicy. The second order I called on the phone so there would be no confusion. I asked for the vegetarian pizza with artichoke hearts, since I couldn't remember the name. There are two kinds. I didn't think I would have to pull up the menu since I was in my car and I described the type of pizza I wanted.

I wouldn't normally bother with this review, but both orders were to share with my mom who is in hospice. She can't eat spicy food, or pizza with a "zesty" tomato sauce base in her condition. I would also normally bring the food back and have them correct it, but I live 1.5 hours drive away from Dublin, and only have limited time with my mom before driving back. I have been to this location many times and have never been disappointed in the quality or orders. I guess it's time to let...
