Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Dublin

I am not sure how my review going to make any difference but here I am thinking hoping it will, I ordered 4 French fries, onion ring and burger. Asked them specifically to put in separate bugs since my daughter is highly allergic. First of all the buzzer went off even when my food wasn’t ready that’s fine I don’t care while I was standing waiting for my food, one of staff name SAL he started putting everything together I was calling him from behind excuse me sir sir? He didn’t listen to bother me and I had to say out loud don’t put everything together? He turned to me and said don’t scream, I was a little taken a back with response. I was trying to grab your attention so that you don’t mix my food I have a daughter with allergies instead of him saying sorry to me or telling me how can I fix it? He started telling me that I should not scream. I am pretty sure they deal with all kinds of customers it would not be a big deal if my daughter doesn’t have allergies but she does. It infuriates me thinking he had no empathy even after I informed him. I did tell the cashier who takes the order if he didn’t put note inside the system it’s not my fault but instead of blaming on him I was right behind him if he only tried to listen to me. No wonder they always have new staff every time you go in there. Didn’t ask too much just to get the order they way...

This is my Go To spot. This one in particular. Though I do visit others of course. But as I was saying, this one in particular has Very Good Service. As I have witnessed on many different occasions. If you have Experienced something different maybe it was an Off Day or Night. And Any and Everyone is Entitled to one of those Every now and then ;-) But food is always Excellent even if slightly altered . Like for me I like to get the Santa Barbara Cobb I believe it's called. And instead of the Chicken I get added Egg in its place. And it's made to Perfection. My first time it got made was a little shaky to my liking. Even though it was still Well Prepared. Not to my liking. And Now my last few of this particular Salad has been Exactly to my liking . Without me even saying this is how I like it. Prepares in the Kitchen just started putting it together to my liking. I know it's just a salad but it is exquisitely prepared now. I also get the Veggie Burger in house. Not the Beyond one that they have. THE ACTUAL VEGGIE BURGER ! Sweet Potato Fries, Onion Rings etc.. I actually eat more Vegan/Vegetarian so this place is Decently Wonderful. I must End Here because I can keep on going ;-) Are you Hungry Now ? Well get yourself on into this Establishment and order...

Update: 05.16.24 Came in during the dinner rush. Employees were working hard, evening served to be going smoothly. Our food was prepared just as ordered - even our fries were very well cooked as requested. Staff was very polite. Place was surprisingly clean despite the high traffic. This is why we come back!

Update 11-17-23 Chili peppers are back! Food was quickly prepared, served to our family right away. Tables, counters, floor were clean, and women's bathroom was also very clean. We like the automated paper towel dispenser, and motion activated faucet. Less contact means less contamination! Love this place!

Food was made quickly, served right up - fries were super hot in our take out bag! Pepperocinis, jalapeños, banana peppers available at self-serve counter along with some condiments. Always get the seasonal lemonade or strawberry lemonade, we feel like it's a little better for us than soft drinks as it has some fruit juice in it! Ample toppings on burgers. Place was very clean, plenty of seats available at 4pm. Staff was very polite, friendly, efficient. Everyone was working hard. Good location on the corner of 2 busy streets,...
