Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Dublin

I used to come to this Jersey Mike’s location because the sandwiches were larger and better made than the ones in the city next to where I live. However, after my recent experience, I will never step foot in this disrespectful business again.

I placed an order through the app and selected a specific pick-up time. Despite this, I had to wait at least 20 minutes past my scheduled time for my order. When my sandwich was finally ready, the employee flung the bag at me without a word of apology for the delay or their unprofessional behavior.

I responded honestly to the survey they sent me about my experience. The “owner” followed up, apologized, and even offered a refund along with gift cards to make up for the incident. To be clear, I wasn’t seeking a refund—I simply wanted to share my experience. But to offer a refund and never follow through is a new kind of low.

Great sandwiches! It was our first time at a Jersey Mike's (rarely ever eat at sandwich places) but the shaved meats/cheeses/veggies taste so fresh! One of the employees (male) wasn't very friendly but the female employees were super friendly and attentive. We were served pretty fast (about 11:30am on a Saturday) and because it was our first time, they gave us free cookies! Really nice bonus and served with smiles. The parking is tight and not many spaces available (as a heads up), but honestly can't fault the store for that. I can imagine that between the hours of 12pm-3pm it's pretty busy, and since this is Dublin, expect it to be overcrowded. A family member ordered 4 sandwiches for the household through the app for delivery. The delivery person left us a bag with only 3. We tried calling the delivery line- no answer (we already gave a $10 tip too). We called the store several times- no answer. And their voicemail was full so we couldn't even leave a message. Do not recommend placing delivery orders with them unless you want to be short $12. The sandwiches we did get were incredibly salty and the mushrooms were not well-cooked. I've not experienced this at other locations.
