Terrible service. Waited for 15 minutes and boy at register (on the mountain Mike's Pizza side) saw me, looked at me and then never came over. No "I'll be right with you" "Welcome in!". Nothing. Just disappeared into the back several times. Never coming back. Word of advice: If you're going hire your under age family members for cheap labor, train them on how to retain customers by using basic customer service skills. Absoulty awful! This ice cream shop quality has fallen off a cliff! Used to be the best in town, bought a tub of black raspberry marble to go with my pizza. Ice cream was icy and crunchy, not smooth and creamy. Either freezer burnt and like 2 years old, or... half melted and was refroze. Both are awful business practices in high end San Ramon, corporate needs to get involved and make some management changes. Ice cream is ok, maybe 2 stars. Cashier overcharged us (she charged us for 2 single scoops instead of the double scoops we actually got). When we explained what happened she made up multiple nonsensical excuses (claimed waffle cones cost extra when everyone in our party had cups). Finally she got on the phone with the owner since she didn't know how to use the credit card machine to do a refund...was unsuccessful and then said they would refund us later...we'll see if...
