Crumbl — Restaurant in Dubuque

I am going to start off with saying I still have never had Crumbl Cookies. At 8:20am I place an online order for an ASAP delivery for half a dozen cookies, I get the tracking info about my order and it says it will arrive by 9:07am great. 9:07am rolls by and nothing arrives and the tracking info still says they are "Preparing my order", an hour goes by nothing has changed. Two hours have gone by since I placed the order it is 10am and still "Preparing my order" at this point I am over it and go to cancel my order, I attempt to do that and the website tells me I can't cancel because "My order has already been started" so what am I supposed to do now, I guess I will wait. Another hour goes by it is 11am still nothing, keep in mind they have already taken the $32.25 out of my bank account. I finally try again to cancel and it actually lets me but I have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back, for something I...

Lastnight I was on a mommy daughter date. Ordered 4 cookies for my children gave a 15 percent tip. The cashier that had to take my money was rude to us because of tip. She gave us our box of cookies and started to walk back where all the employees were and showed 2 fingers of the tip I left. Tip is something you do with great service. I haven't been pleased in the past but still thought 15 percent for 4 cookies was great. I've never been more embarrassed in front of my child to witness such disrespect to the customer. I'm sure the manager must of seen this yet did nothing. Train your staff to not be rude. Sometimes folks who want a treat may not have much money but do it because they love Crumble. I have been here a few times. But the last 2 times I have been here have been terrible. I waited 2 hours for cookies the one day and they weren’t made right when I got them. I also got my cookies last after others came in and ordered after me. The next visit I ordered curbside. I watched them box the cookies and then leave them to sit there. They didn’t even try to bring them out to my car. I even pulled up and they still just continued doing what they were doing. Why offer curbside if you are not going to bring the cookies out to the customers? We had to go inside to get them. The cookies were all cold and hard as a rock.
