**update tried again to order from them after 2 months hoping it would be better. Did a mobile walk in order because I was in a hurry. Ordered two coffees, two donuts and a breakfast sandwich. Walked in, grabbed my coffees and bag and ran to the car, was kind of impressed that my order was done, only to open the bag when I got where I was going to be missing my two donuts. I called and was told to bring my receipt in and tell them I was missing them and I would get them. They didn't write my name down, I said so I just walk in and say I was missing it and I get them, so apparently they have so many they don't even keep track, if you bring your receipt in and say you were missing an item you just get it. Pathetic. All this time and they still can't get orders right. That's literally their only job. How do you not have someone checking orders for accuracy after YEARS of reviews saying orders are wrong. MUST HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!
Between burnt hashbrowns on two different day, coffee never being stirred, and the mobile app charging my account 4 times (yes it's pending and will go back in my account eventually but in the meantime I'm out 18 bucks time's the 4 extra times it hit my acct), I'm done with this store. I'll get my coffee and breakfast across the street at the gas station. Terrible representation of dunkin donuts. Read moreThey literally never answer the phone for ANY reason. U can even leave a message, and they absolutely will not return the call. I'm totally not sure what their hiring criteria is, but their help is absolutely, spectacularly lackadaisical at best and abhorrently abissmal at least. I used to get $100 gift cards there in the beginning. Not any more. U ask for their snacking bacon. Sometimes U will get an abundance of pieces and sometimes only 3. Sometimes it's cooked right, but more often than not, it's either severely undercooked or extremely overcooked. And I don't mean just crunchy over cooked, I mean edges absolutely burnt. U ask for a Bismark, with custard, and more times than not U get a whipped frosting filled!! U ask for a specific drink off of the menu, and it's totally got the wrong base...tea vs Lemonade for example, ot it's the wrong size. And then when U let them know it's incorrect, for whatever reason, they act all indignant and like it's your fault it's wrong. Just to let everyone out there know, I literally took pictures each and every time I, or my son had a complaint or issue with our order. I'd call and complain. Heard nothing back. Then I called the district manager. What did he say or do? Actually told my son and myself that we were BANNED from there due to our many complaints...that were 100% viable, legit and provable. Read moreI have been a lover of Dunkin' coffee for many years and have visited Dunkin all over the United States. This Dunkin' Donuts in Dubuque, Iowa has the worse staff I have ever had the misfortune to experience. They are rude and condescending and act like they don't work for the customer and that as a customer, you serve them. This morning while trying to place an order at the drive up, the employee cut me off, so I politely asked her to slow down and that I would give her my order. Then a man got on the comms and spoke real slow to me like a handicapped person, in which I decided to pull out of the drive up and leave. As I drove past, three employees were at the window laughing at me. I will not be back. Good news is, Starbucks is opening across the street.
