Today I went to this restaurant and ordered some tacos with only onion and cilantro, and they delivered them to me with cheese, tomato, cream and a sauce that had a bad taste, at first I thought it was only a taco that contained that but in reality they were all of them, he told me that he would only bring me the onion and the cilantro apart, that could not solve my tacos because they were full of cream and a type of sauce that had a bad taste. The waiter told me that that's how the tacos were now and I couldn't change them as I wanted, but, on the menu it doesn't say anything about what they put on my tacos.
Honestly it was a bad experience since the tacos were very unshap when I tried them, I thought the tacos were made of two tortillas but I only had one and the tortilla was very watery. I didn't think my first experience would be so bad, I don't recommend this place at all, I would suggest you to give a better service and be able to pay more attention to what they...
Read moreJust ate at tge dodge St Los Aztecas. Found a cockroach roach in my taco. Pointed it out to see young gal because could not find our waiter. She looked at it and said "oh". Our waiter came obov to see if everything was ok and I told him about it and that's the woman had taken it. I also ordered a burrito and told him to take it back that I had lost my appetite. He then took it and we asked for more salsa because my husband wanted it. I also asked to speak to a manager. We never saw anyone after that, and got no salsa. We waited a long time and then our waiter finially came and said we did not charge you for my meal. I said well I should say not. And again asked to speak to .manager. they started speaking in Spanish and we made a comment about the roach to no avail. We left and probably won't go back. Unfortunately it was one of our favorite Mexican restaurants to eat at. I will be calling tomirrot to speak to a manager. And may call the health...
Read moreNovember 2024 update: Things have noticeably started to change. $8 queso dip tasted like it came from a jar (Tostitos): it came to our table lukewarm & never changed consistency - still perfectly pourable despite being ice cold at the end of dinner because it went uneaten. Real queso fresco starts to solidify when cooling off & typically is what is served here.
Food was brought out with wide gaps between people (& the actual meals themselves) despite only being a table of 3. Our last items arrived after their accompanying dishes were already eaten.
Food orders were slightly incorrect (& have been the past several visits): mixing up our requested taco shell types & meats.
I hope they can get back to the quality food & customer service that made us originally enjoy this establishment so much.
