My mother visited this location’s drive-thru today while traveling and ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. However, the male employee handed her a Grande size instead. When she informed him of the mistake, he took the drink back, poured it into a Venti cup, added extra whipped cream, and returned it to her—rather than remaking the drink properly. (Photo included.)
After realizing what had happened, we called the store and spoke with the shift supervisor, Delany, who acknowledged the issue and said she would address it with the employee. However, she refused to resolve the matter with us directly. When I requested a refund on my mother’s behalf, she said my mother would need to return to the store—something that wasn’t possible, as she was already miles away. When I asked for the corporate contact number, Delany declined to provide it and told me to “look it up.”

Read moreI just moved to the city, and this is the closest Starbucks to my house. I have gone every day since August 1. This location has only gotten my drink correct twice out of 16 times!!!…. That is ridiculous. Every time, they forget the vanilla sweet cream in a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. How? And how is it so consistently forgotten? Y’all need to pay more for real.
Update: my drinks are still being made incorrectly, even after this post. The The fact that Starbucks commented back and told me to just ask for the drink to be made correctly is absurd. I should not be having to ask for my drink to be remade and waste my time in the morning and make me late for work because they can’t get my drink correct. I literally order a vanilla sweet cream, cold brew with cold foam and they always handed it to me with just a cold foam. Do you realize that that’s an extra charge for that vanilla sweet cream? So, Starbucks, is what you’re saying that after I have already paid for the additional cream to be added to my drink, that I have to ask for it to actually be put in my drink?
