Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Duluth

Ok heres the thing, I want to make it 2.5 stars but it won't so nvm that. Lets get right into my problem.Me and my mother order 2 burrito bowls and ask for white rice in it first, but they ran out for that batch so one guy went to get another while the lady talking to us started staring straight upwards to the right of us looking at a wall. Once a man refilled the batch, the woman preceded to stare at the wall for 2 more minutes. Until she apparently snapped back into reality. I preceded to repeat my order and she gives my bowl white rice and tries to give my mom brown rice which I caught her on the action and stopped her verbally. After that I said "it will be vegetarian so no meat in both". Next I proceed to say "ill go first with my choices for my bowl and my mom can pick her own". She says "what?". I repeat and so does she which makes me a little on edge even though I was talking in a normal volume. We picked our beans and there was a batch of grilled like onions, peppers, and tomatoes, I say no to it while my mom says yes. She puts them in her bowl and then dumps some on mine, that actually got on my nerve and repeated a little louder that I didn't ask for that. She says "what?" again. I repeat and she started scooping 2 by 2 of the grilled onions, tomatoes, and peppers. At this point I was just frustrated and told her to stop. I just said whatever to that and decided to buy it anyway. Don't do this, your paying actual money for this carp so say for a change if wanted. The women saw me doing somewhat of a face palm and looking disappointed and started saying stuff about this making it look like it was our fault with another worker. Chipotle, hire people that have no sass or disrespect, hire people who can actually hear, hire people that remember and don't have up to 2 brain Cells for just a simple order. This was my...

Food here was great. I’ve had two experiences with two employees here who’ve got my deepest gratitude. First one is the guy with the cool long hair. Jesus that guy’s patience is over the roof! I ordered about six bowls and he was careful with each and every one of them, asking if I wanted sides and being overall thorough. His attention to detail is satisfying and worth mentioning. My second experience is with the cool goth chick I’ve seen someone write about on here. She’s super intimidating so I get why the old dude in front of me was being rude, but my experience with her is one of a kind. She helped my mother with her entire order in formal-friendly Spanish, something we don’t hear often towards our elders. Not only that, but she even helped my best bud who’s deaf. Although her sign isn’t the best, she was able to point out the items on the line and would watch carefully what my friend signed back. It’s always something with her, and my experiences with her are always friendly and respectful. I’ve had top tier experiences at this chipotle and it’s nice to see someone as dedicated as her paying attention to their customers unlike other employees who rush and are moody. Like many others stated, I wish I had he option of giving 0 stars. I am thoroughly disappointed in my dining experience and do not plan to eat a Chipotle ever again, if I can help it. Having lived in the area for the last 20+ years, I am most familiar with and mostly order from this location. In the 7 years I have been coming here, I haven't had major issues (maybe an occasion or 2 where a topping was left off or smaller than usual portion sizes. Nothing major)... But i am disgusted with this last experience.

Unfortunately, upon eating the last bite of my assumingly VEGAN bowl that I custom ordered to fit my VEGAN diet, I found a chunk beef swishing around my mouth. I can only assume that the rest of my bowl (which was suppose to be Sofritas/ Tofu) was tainted as well. I will spare everyone the rather disturbing details of how my body is physically reacting. But as anyone who doesnt eat any meat or animal products will tell you, this is extremely unacceptable and can and has caused me to feel ill. I know cross contamination is a risk everywhere, but the las thing I expected to find in my VEGAN bowl were chunks of animal carcass. I urge all of my vegetarians/ vegans to proceed...
