In the dream, some guy with money, stepped on people's shoes and almost fell asleep on his own, due to his excessive energy of this macho-ness mantara.

He gave a speech in front of people as if he was the owner of the entire franchise of this company, including the larger and smaller businesses that weren't his.

He, some how became the CEO of this not that big Florida-looknlike spray tanned-hair-planted-overweight-loud-mouth management corporate.

He, approached this "employees" and "customers" as if he is the inventor of the product that he sells.

This CEO, is indeed experienced business leader.

But he, bankrupted couple of thing of his.

Fortunately he, was saved by the bell by his rich father's money.

He, does have son.

They, behave even better than himself.

One does the sniffing, other one does the finger-locking gestures in front of camera as if he is the vilanino crackers.

I don't think they, know how to run this company.

Because they, think it's a show business.

It's weird too that the new management that this new CEO brought, seems to be from some media business.

This company, based on what I heard, is not actually a company.

I forgot the name.

Probably need to ask for the name of the CEO, to the manager of this location.

If the manager seems to be confused,

Ask about the shoe stepper, He complains about outsiders bringing outsiders' food to support his business.

No idea how he became CEO.

Never ever again! I went there with my family and I ordered three Thai tea Boba teas and one honeydew. Then my niece wanted strawberry shaved ice so I went and paid for it. The server placed three Thai teas on the counter and said those were ours, but it was milk tea and not boba tea. I didn't want to cause a scene so I just told my family to just drink it. Then the worker placed another order on the pickup counter and I asked if it was mines. I had never had shaved ice before there and he told us it was ours. The food was a pound cake looking thing so I asked once again to reconfirmed and told him I ordered strawberry shaved ice and he told me the shaved ice is in the middle underneath the fruits. So I took it to my family. My brother told me that he didn't think it was shaved ice so I walked back to the pickup counter and once again asked about my order and asked if it was shaved ice and once again I was told that it was. So I took it to my family and we started eating it and we start wondering why it didn't taste like strawberries and there wasn't any shaved ice so we thought maybe it melted because there was a thin sweet layer in between the fruits and pound cake. Then the cashier comes barging at us yelling that's not yours you need to come pay! And she starts making a big scene and everyone is staring at us and I told her the situation and said I asked three times and was told that this was my order. So I told her paying is not a problem, but it was their fault because I asked three times and was told the same thing. I went to the register to pay and told them in that case I no longer want my shaved ice then because it was their fault and not mines. They were mad and rude and to make it worse they never apologized. So I ended up paying for an $8 desert and was "refunded" the $12 I spent on the shaved ice. Even so they still tried to make me pay for the shaved ice and the pound cake desert thing even though they messed up on their end. Nevertheless I inquired about my honeydew boba tea and she said she never rang it up because I didn't order it, but me and my brother and brother in law saw her put in the order because we all went to order together. I still haven't received my refund so I need to call my bank tomorrow morning. Also as I was leaving the two people who ordered after us had their orders messed up as well and were complaint. Never again will I go back to this place. Please save your time and go somewhere else like Snowflake for shaved ice. At least other places have better customer service and better tasting deserts. I'm still waiting for that...

Okay so i want to start this off by saying Ive been coming here for so long and Ive always loved the pastries and drinks. Ive always thought H&G had great prices and wonderful flavors.

This being said, i was absolutely disappointed with my recent purchase this past Saturday. I ordered a birthday cake that i was not happy with considering i paid $104. To start, when I went in, I had to speak to 3 different people to order my cake and i had to reexplain 3 separate times my order. The first person just kept saying things like "oh yes we can do that"..."wait let me check maybe not..." and we just kept going back and forth. Which is when the second person came to talk to me. I even provided them with a reference drawing of what i wanted and I had asked them if i could send it via email/text to which the second person said no. The third person (who i was told was the manager) said i could send it and said it was better to have it sent. To me this just seems like a big lack of communication with the staff? I can understand however if the first two people just didnt understand how to decorate cakes but i digress. So finally i confirm with the manager the flavors and design of my cake and it came to $104.. Personally, I think an upcharge of $50 for the design is a bit outrageous. Ive seen the more complex designs sold in their display cases and they've been much less expensive. In the end, i decided to pay because honestly i love their products and i was trusting they would do exactly what i wanted considering i had to talk to 3 different people.

Then the day of pickup came, when i went in it was honestly a little busy and I did not have the time to wait to talk to someone about my cake. For all i knew i would have to talk to 3 people again ): ... So i just took it and this is my review: The colors are off, they were supposed to be green and this cake is blue. I specifically remember telling them i wanted green because they said "well it will be extra because of the 3 shades of green". The little drawing was supposed to be colored in like in the drawing and it wasn't. The piping honestly isn't the cleanest and all these small things do bother me because yes, at the end i paid $104 and i expected it to reflect that.
