This is the second time I have caught it so I want to pass this along. My coffee here is never right. Only one DD makes it perfect for me, but I come here because it is closer and I’m not really a coffee snob, but the past two times it was really off, so I questioned it. Before I begin, I’d like to say, I did let an employee know, and he apologized, but this is something that many people need to pay attention to. If you add something additional to your coffee such as milk, please make sure they’re putting the right type of milk in. I always order skim milk in my coffee. The past couple of times there was either no milk and I had to drive back through the drive-through or they put in whole when I wanted skim. The reasoning? They didn’t have it. Sure this isn’t a big deal to many, but at least they could do is tell you they don’t have the product. Also, they should ask your permission for a substitution. If they’re being sneaky like this, what else are they being sneaky about. Some people can’t eat sugar so they ask for Stevia. Some people can’t use aspartame because they are allergic to it so they ask for sugar. This store really needs to be careful on switching things out especially when it’s come to food. If you order coffee, please make sure you double check if they put in the right product before you drink it.

Read moreI usually have good luck with this Dunkin but since they've hired their new either manager or shift lead I always see there the quality has substantially gone down. I ordered from a girl at the window and when I pulled uo to the window I told her that it was supposed to be a large iced oatmilk latte. The what looked like manager(buttoned up overnight collared shirt) was making a hot one. She waits until he made the entire thing and put it in a cup before telling him no its supposed to be iced. So he dumps it into an iced cup and adds ice. Then she asks me what kind of donuts I ordered for the second time, which I didn't mind but then she hands me a small iced coffee. I politely said "I don't think this is the large iced oatmilk latte I ordered." Then she looks at me and says uhh I can fix it but hesitates to take the drink back. She tells the guy mentioned earlier and they both start laughing as I can clearly see them just dump it into a large plastic cup and fill the remainder of the cup(from a small to a large) of milk and stir it. To the guy who said it was my fault my smoothie fell over - gfy! Everyone knows top heavy drinks go on opposite sides. Not the same side. Also my lid wasn’t all the way on (which is a common issue here). My order was wrong and they wanted me to pay for them not getting the order right the third time I repeated it to them. I asked for my money back and the guy said it’s not our fault your drink fell over And walked away. Well that wasn’t the only reason I wanted my money back SIR ! I shouldn’t have to fight to get my money back! I shouldn’t have to tell you how to do YOUR job! I shouldn’t have to get angry just for you to finally listen!!!
