FIRE STEVE!!?! He's a liability to your business. We argued for an over an hour about a steak and cheese sub that you all sent me that could be used as evidence to close you all down due to health reasons. The vegtables, the tomatoes and the lettuce looked to be very very old. The sub was soaking in water and in red sauce. I thought it was ketchup and tried to tell your evil manager Steve that the sandwich was soaked in what looked like red sauce. Before I could tell Steve sbout the many other issues with the sandwich, Steve stopped me. He got loud and very and angry. Steve kept telling me that you all don't have ketchup and that he wouldn't make me a new sandwich. I tried to finish and tell Steve about the other issues with the sandwich. Steve called me a liar and was very evil and bilegerant. I went onto say that the soda that you all delivered was not what I ordered. You all delivered a Diet Pepsi. I told Steve that I am fatally allergic to Diet anything. Steves response --not our fault you should have read the label. I am legally blind so I couldn't read the label. I apologized to steve and told him I was sorry for assuming that you all got my order correct and that I would not make that mistake again. Steve kept saying that he would change the drink but not the sub. I kept arguing with evil Steve to no avail. I told him that I have been unemployed for a year and so it is a big deal when we order out. I told Steve that I don't have money to repay for the horrible sub they delivered. I told Steve that I had not eaten all day and that I was weak. I told Steve that we had no groceries in the house because I was too sick to drive. I told him I have terminal cancer. I told Steve that I plan on arguing the charges for the horrible sub that you all delivered and for getting my drink order messed up. Steve said that brcause of my comment he would not now make good on the bad drink order and hung up on me. I had a heart attack as a result of this altercation. I am going to sue Dave and make my recorded conversation with your demon possessed manager very public. Others should know about this. I would suggest that you fire old Stevie there- he's got some real anger/baby issues there. You should not allow demon boy to have any communication with the customers. At the very least you all should refund me the whole amount of my order on 8/26. I am speaking to my lawyer on Monday and probably the media. FIRE. STEVE. HE IS A LIABILITY and should be put away in a looney bin or needs...
Read moreMy family frequently orders from this location at least once or twice a week, and on many occasions, our pizza has been delivered cold and we did not call to complain, but the few times when we did call to complain we seem to get a mix reaction from the store manager. Today our large pizza was delivered cold and we called to complain only because we desired our pizza hot or at the very least warm, but the reaction we got from the so called manager (Mohammed) today I can only describe as rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He told us we complain too much and that maybe we should take our business somewhere else, he suggested. My family orders from this location because it’s the only Pizza Boli’s store near us and also because the meat is halal. The feeling I have from my conversation with the manager is almost as if we only call to complain because we want a discount or free Pizza, and that is not the case. We’re not begging for a free pizza or for a discount, our reason for complaining is based on principle. We expect our pizza to be hot and/or warm when it’s delivered. I don’t think that’s too much to ask. Telling us to use door dash or order from somewhere else is plain simple rude and unjust. If you have one delivery driver making multiple stops on one trip then maybe your store needs to hire more...
Read moreThe customer service at Pizza Boli's in Dumfries was horrible yesterday evening. I was out running errands and decided to grab a pizza on the way home, so I ordered ahead of time. When I walked in to pick it up the young lady was on the phone taking an order. I stood in line at least 8 minutes, not once did she acknowledge me and say just a minute. A gentleman walked out the back and and started asking folks for their orders. He lined them up on the counter and stated that she was the only person that could ring us up. Another 4 minutes went by and she hung up the phone with the call in customer. She still didn't acknowledge the customers in line...with a I apologize for the wait or anything. I was first in line, so she gave me my total. I opened my wallet and paid her, by placing the money in her hands. She then proceeds to place my change on the counter as if I was dirty or if I had gems. I asked her was that her normal protocol and to keep the change, since she obviously felt as if I was dirty and didn't want to take a chance in making contact with me. I served almost 22 years in the military and sometimes the treatment right here is more suspect then in some to...
