Qb's Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Dumont

I honestly can’t believe how bad my experience was at this bar. From the moment we walked in, it was a disaster. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely disinterested in their job. It took forever just to get someone’s attention to take our order, and when we finally did, the bartender acted like we were inconveniencing him by just being there.

Drinks? Absolutely terrible. I don’t know if they don’t know how to make basic cocktails or if they’re just using the cheapest ingredients, but everything we got was watered down, tasteless, and way overpriced. On top of that, we had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to get them – and it wasn’t even busy!

To make matters worse, the atmosphere was just as bad. The place was dirty, the tables were sticky, and the music was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation. I honestly can’t remember a time I’ve ever felt this unwelcome at a bar.

If you’re looking for good service, decent drinks, or even a remotely enjoyable night out, avoid this place at all costs. Total waste of time and money....

Thought I'd give this place a try and ordered on line for pickup in 30 minutes. Got there in 35. Staff did not have order ready as, I think she said, their IPad was "off". Did I still want food? Sure. (It was a late dinner) I wait approximately 20 minutes. Bartender did ask if I wanted something to drink but didn't offer it for free which would have been nice as the problem was on them, but ok. Food was brought out and I asked if anything could be done with the bill. She said she couldn't and her manager had just taken someone to Urgent Care. But she would tell him what happened. The Mozzarella sticks were obviously fried from frozen and salty. The Onion Rings, only 5 were in ring form, the rest were strips or in pieces, also salty. The Filet Mignon sandwich on garlic bread was incredibly salty and virtually inedible after 2-3 bites. (You hope it will get better but it didn't, it got worse) So disappointed. Wont be going back...

Such a great local gem! We visited QB's for the 1st time on week 2 of football after seeing them listed in our local paper writeup on the top sports bars in North Jersey. It was a fantastic experience from the initial contact via DM to reserve an outdoor table which they gladly accommodated my party of 3 despite a minimum of 5. The service staff were all friendly, attentive and very personable. Their football menu was extensive as well as their drink specials. The owner Mike went around to every table ensuring everyone was enjoying themselves, introduced himself to us, gave out free raffle tickets for a giveaway and even handed each of us a complimentary beer coozie.
