Ever since going here back around 2019, there is no other jeweler I’d fully trust! Jim and John are friendly, knowledgable, and, from my experience, price everything way better than everywhere else.

I’ve bought a watch and had a pair of custom diamond gauges made here.

I fluctuate in weight throughout the seasons, so I need my watches bands adjusted. Anywhere else I’ve done this charges me a little something for it, but Jim refuses to charge me no matter how many times I’m in there a year asking for it. The Movado I had bought from them is still listed directly through Movado as around $300+ more than what I paid all these years later.

As for the diamond gauges they made me…. I’m not sure if it’s normal policy amongst jewelers, but when I went in to upgrade the diamonds they took back the old ones for the price I had paid for them and credited me the amount towards the new ones. I asked and was told that I’d be able to do the same with the new ones if I ever feel the need to bling them out more.

We worked with John to custom design and engagement ring, and it was a great experience. We'd visited a few other jewelers before finding John Pierre Jewelers and we're really glad we ended up working with him. He was very friendly and kind, patient while working with us, made sure to understand exactly what we were looking for, and was very informative throughout the process. His price was by far the best we'd found after shopping around at a few places, he was easy to get in touch with, and the ring he made turned out absolutely beautifully. The process involved us going into the store to discuss our design plans with him, John reaching out with some CAD mockups and a price quote a few weeks later, us going into the store to review the design together, look at the stones, and approve it all, and then picking up the ring and paying a few weeks after that. I have known John and Jimmy for a very long time. They are EXCELLENT EXCELLENT at what they do. Very customer service orientated, prices are amazing for the best quality on the market. Their items are beautiful and unique. Their bridal is spectacular and breath taking. No need to shop any where else. They will and can take care of all your needs whether new purchase or repair.
