ETA: Braums called me the next day to tell me they reviewed cameras and took immediate actions. No questions asked, no excuses made, just an apology and action took. I appreciate that it was taken seriously and matters were handled. I increased my star rating to show this from one to four stars.
While I was paying the young man behind the counter reached into my wallet, which was in my bag, and grabs money (after I'd paid)! He put it back and said just teasing, but he literally grabbed my money from inside my wallet that was inside my bag! Then the same young man drops my husband's freeze cup on the floor, which already had sherbet in it, then proceeds to continue making the freeze. He was training someone, as well as the woman who seemed to be a manager or so, was there, and they all mention him dropping it before he proceeded to continue making the freeze. The WHOLE restaurant also saw this happen as we all look at each other. THEN when my husband asks the woman if the man is continuing to use the cup he dropped onto the floor she outright LIES and says "not that I am aware of." The man admits he did, but since the food in it didn't touch the floor he was going to serve it. Rightly so my husband wouldnt take it. I would really appreciate if a manager would reach out to me about this young man reaching into my wallet in my bag and grabbing my money! This is not ok. Read moreThis new Braums on Sheridanis very clean and has lots of seating but don't let the new building fool you. It has very slow service. Every time we have been in here there are several workers walking around quickly but seemingly not doing to much. They are also more interested in getting what drive-thru needs rather than waiting on the people at the counter. When they finally do wait on the ones at the counter there is very seldom a smile but instead we are greeted with a "what can I get you"? Another problem is that you have to get in 2 different lines for food and ice cream other than a shake with your meal. When you walk in you are faced with the ice cream side first. I waited in line almost 20 minutes before someone waited on this side. After ordering the ice cream I wanted a small fry for my granddaughter. I was told this was ice cream only and I needed to get in the other line. I waited about 15 minutes here and then waited another 15-20 minutes for my fries. There is always someone at the food register. There are random people that may or may not be at the ice cream register. If you are wanting food and ice cream I suggest you go through the drive-thru so you are able to order both at the same time.
