I have no idea what happened to this place. It used to be one of my faves could eat cheep. Workers had been super nice. I recommend it to a friend who had a bummer of a day and needed to eat fast. She had to convince the delivery driver that we did really work in the business we are in. That took 10 min. Then when she got her 6 dollar breadstick they charged a 4 dollar delivery fee. She is nice and gave the guy a dollar tip feeling bad about it but that was all she had since 6 dollars turned to 11 after taxes. All that said and the breadsticks where so greasy. Grease was running out of the box and stained it. She called to ask about a refund and was told she had to bring it back. She hates doing things like that so I told her I would go and they would be super nice about it. Hmmmm I was wrong the General Manager had us wait until she prepped 3 or 4 orders. Then tried to tell us that greasey mess is the way they come. Made my friend feel super bad. Made me feel bad for recommending it. (Also not true I have had 15 of those never did it stain the box) After I pointed it out, highlighted our wait time, and reminded her we had to leave work. She said she would refund the delivery fee. As we headed towards the door she also said. Oh and I gave her phone number a 13 dollar credit. Umm lady you just cost us 30 minutes of pay on a day my friend needed something to go right. Collectively we make 55 dollars in 30 min. Not that it should matter. What happened to being kind? My friend was already having a bad day! My friend as sweet as she is...

You’d rather guess as to whether your pizza will just be going into the oven when you show up OR will have been sitting for fifteen minutes? Domino’s Pizza in Duncan, OK has you covered!
Okay, so Domino’s is a favorite of mine. I’ve ordered many many pounds of dough and sauce from other locations in other towns. I’m almost always pleased with the product.
I’ve been ordering from this location for a year or so and I finally just gave up on these fools.
Let’s all just get down to the bedrock on this issue: the management sucks if they can’t fix these problems... and they can’t seem to fix these problems, so... the management sucks. Git gud, y’all.
Addendum: If you work at this place and want a pay raise, you can take the management position easily. Just pay attention to the problems, come up with common sense solutions, point all of this out to corporate, and... BING! You’re in, dog!
Let us know when you make your move and we’ll be back to give you all of our pizza money....
Read moreMy son has a sensitivity to gluten, not celiac, not a life-threatening allergy. We ate Domino's gluten-free pizza here in Duncan twice with no issues. The third time we ordered on a Saturday and my son had a serious reaction to it, much more than he would have to exposure to trace amounts of gluten. When I called the restaurant I talked to the shift leader who told me he didn't know anything about their training or procedures to avoid contamination. I didn't receive an apology or an assurance he would look into it. I called back the next day and talked to the manager above him. She seemed much more concerned about covering their tails than about what had happened. It was only after I said I hoped they would review their procedures she said they would do so. I do not feel the Duncan Domino's takes food sensitivities seriously. I paid more for the GF pizza than I would have for a regular pizza but got the exact same reaction. It's not...
