Order through the app to be delivered. It was the night crew who made our food. We spend $65 for only 10 items plus a 20% tip for the driver.

They allowed our first order be taken by someone else, so our delivery driver had to wait an additional 10 to 20 mins for it to be redone. They forgot to fix our drinks and the driver didn't know there was supposed to be drinks (not blaming the dasher at all). He had to go back and get them. The crunchwraps were basically thrown together, and the lettuce looked nasty, and one of them didn't have meat. Both dorito tacos were broken in pieces when my husband unwrapped them. The only good thing was the chalupas and the churros. When the driver brought our drinks, one of the drinks they did not fill up all the way, and the other drink was not the right one we ordered. I usually don't complain, but spending that much money on food should not have been a disappointment.

We will not be ordering from night shift ever again....

I’m a truck driver and as I walked up to door guy says lobby closed. I asked can I walk thru the drive thru? He said I’m not sure guess try and see. Girl in car heard this offers to buy what I want and I was going to accept her offer even tho I felt bad I didn’t want her buying my food. About that time a girl runs up to me that works here I found out her name is LaTrisha and said we want to serve you and you don’t have to stand in line with the cars and walk thru tell me what you want I will go get it and bring it to you. She runs in with my card orders my food comes running back out we want to offer you a free drink. We appreciate you truckers and all that you do and it’s our way saying thank you. This was the friendliest Taco Bell I ever been too. Food was great the service was off the chain and actually I think I love the whole town for their generous hospitality. if i could give 0 stars i would. while i was there 3 employees walked out and sat in there car instead of helping the customers, one of the lady’s even told a family that they would not take their order and said that they could use the kiosk to take their order. i was already shocked that they were so lazy to even take an order. while i looked at the 3 workers sitting in there car outside in disbelieve, one of the females flipped me off. looked right at me and flipped me off. i was not giving them a dirty look at all, just looked for a split second. there was 1 female, she seemed younger than the rest, that was working, she took my order when no one else would and was the only respectful employee i did not catch her name but props to her for doing everyone else’s job. but that is NOT how to treat a costumer. this place is very poorly managed, and the managers don’t care. everyone here is lazy and...
