EZPAWN — Local services in Duncan

I have purchased a few items from this location at a very reasonable price, but I do see some items a bit more than I'm willing to pay for them. Reasonable prices differ from person to person, so judge pricing accordingly. They are sometimes slow to assist you, but I find that to be the same at all of the EZPawn locations that I've been to across the States. Mornings are the best time to go and if you don't want to stand in a slow line, go well before 3pm. The next time I go, I'm going to suggest they start using a number system so customers are helped in the order they arrive, that way customers can browse the store while they wait without losing their place in line and they will know when they'll be assisted. They may even sell more merchandise that way. I do feel the store does need some more efficient organizing, although it has improved greatly from when I shopped there several months ago. The new manager is doing a great job getting the place in order. The amount of merchandise to floor space ratio is unbalanced, but with the frequent rotation of merchandise coming in and out, I'm sure it's difficult to maintain it's organization. Come on folks, it is a pawn shop, not a department store. For those that complain, if you can do a better job, apply for a position there and show us how it's done! And For the person that complained in their review about store hours because they drove 40 minutes, call first! I would have. I take it for what it is..... a PAWN SHOP! I will definitely continue...

🔑to🌎I will tell you do not assume the worst of a place due to one experience or one employee having a rough day because I'm definitely guilty of it and it has probably made more issues or problem then what it could of been I have come to not think so highly of the company ezepawn with its large industry guild lines it doesn't feel right in a town like duncan and to set the mood worse it's the only pawn shop here so thanks to a wounder woman Ali my faith not in ezepawn but more in the employees that provide service to duncan has been turned in a way that is very hard to do I will say to you young lady and to your co workers that take the time to understand the situation being presented to you does not go unnoticed and wish I could show others how much difference it makes in businesses when you have a employee that is happy about how they are being treat by the company they work for to the point it is passed to the customer I seen it in that young lady and hope it gets noticed to the point others will follow the understanding of how awesome everyday life can be even in a transaction of hard times.
