Several reasons....Reason 1 the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Reason 2. I placed an order on 1/3/21 and they messed it up. I was ok with the mess up because I understand we are all human, but I called to let them know and he said he would give me a credit and hung up...no apology at all. Reason 3. I called today to place a phone order again a week later exactly...I was on hold for 10 min before someone picked up, I asked to speak to the manager because I needed to know about the credit bc last time I didn't get any info. He explained everything and said he would pass me to someone else bc he was on the line making pizza. The young man picks up the phone and says what's the problem I explained it wasn't a problem and explained above. He then places me on hold to get the other line and leaves me there for 15 min someone picks up and hangs right up. I call back again was on hold before someone answered for 15min the young man that answered the phone I explained again about the credit and start giving him my order he tells me the total and I asked if that's the price with my credit taken off he asked what credit I explained again he said I'm sorry you have to have a coupon, I told him it wasn't a coupon it was a credit he says I don't know what else to tell you without the coupon I can't do anything for you. After explaining again and him not getting it I asked to speak to the manager I had spoken with, he puts me on hold and I was on hold for 20 min and decided to hang up and just ordered the pizza online without my credit. After trying to place a order over the phone for almost an hour and spending over $60 with you guys within one week I've learned my lesson. The Lesson is the people that deliver the pizza are pleasant, the manager was nice but everyone else that I've talked to needs more training on their job and customer service. Read moreDON'T PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION! I placed an online order for delivery at 6:49 pm today. I received a call from the pizza delivery guy at 9:05 pm that my pizza was outside I told him "okay thank you" and hung up. I opened my door my food was not delivered. I even went towards to the parking lot and I did not see a driver. I called the store around 9:07 pm and was placed on a long hold after explaining what happened. Isaac(the manager) told me that he spoke with the driver and they did their part and basically they are not responsible if I did not come get it. Then it was inferred that the delivery driver saw me open the door and get my food. Isaac told me we can move forward with another order but they are not responsible for the previous order btw he wanted me to pay for the second order. The call ended and I was so shocked I called back. I spoke with the same manager and formally requested a refund. He stated again the pizza was delivered as if I have a reason to lie. I even asked him what floor did the delivery driver go to he says the 3rd...I don't live on the 3rd floor. Also, I've never had a delivery driver call me let alone for a contactless delivery to tell me my food is outside and then claimed they waited. Check out the text I attached to this review the delivery driver was in my area at 8:56 pm but I received another text at 9:12 stating my pizza will be delivered shortly this was after delivery called and said it's outside. Read moreBy far the worst customer service ever! I order over the phone 2 hrs ago. 40mins after the 2hrs, I got a call to let me know it was on the way. I still have not received anything. When I called they answered the phone and then without saying anything put me on hold for about 4 mins, called back and they just kept picking up the phone and hanging up. Finally a male answered in Spanish like he was answering his own personal phone, when I asked to speak to a manager he stated he was busy and was unable to take care of me. I had to tell him about 5x until he put her on the phone, telling me no one had called me, when I have the call registered on my phone, then telling me I called to cancel the order. I called back again, to get a full name to call corp, and someone answered and said its that lady again and hung up. called again, a different lady answered and told me something totally different, this time I was told I called to pick up the order, instead to be delivered. This is the 3rd time this location does this, and those three times I have to wait 7days to get a refund. I hope someone resolves this issue, because this is no way to treat a customer who paying for service.
