I assist my aunt with property management and one of her tenants was referred to this agency for assistance. The individual completed the application and provided the necessary intake info. Several visits were made to the location by the tenant and each time she was treated as if she was a criminal. Since this is an individual owned leased property there is no TAA lease however the property is managed by a management company and the lease provided was generated by them and is a legal document.The tenant was asked to provide a letter from the landlord which my aunt provided to the tenant and basically the center director Linda indirectly suggested the tenant was trying to fraud the system. My aunt the owner of the property called Linds and was advised that they would not be assisting the tenant because she became angry and stormed out. Imagine that‼️ Linda did not attempt to ask my aunt any info regarding the lease, add’l information which could help assist in providing assistance but instead just ended the call. I was absolutely 100% denied due to my children. I in-fact did have an interaction with the so called director. The older Hispanic lady that only spoke to the other guest and not myself. Rude. Please do not gas light me in a response when this organization is a complete joke! Help the community instead of picking and choosing who to help. When you are wrong admit it. My review below is accurate regardless of your response in hopes to change others mind about how treated me. Hopefully your church that funds this organization takes control asap! Luckily there’s others out there that actually care.

This place do'nt help you with rental or utilities, called on yesterday was told they only help if you have eviction so i went up there to get help. My landlord filed eviction on me so i told the lady that anwser the phone she said to come up there they would help me before i could get into the door good my first time up there yes im a duncanville resident for 4yrs the mexican lady in the front was rude to me told me there was no more funding left .
