McDonald's — Restaurant in Duncanville

Its my closest McDonalds. I can’t speak to highly of this location. The kids love the play place and they love the food. As for adults, well let me put it like this… I NEED to ck my order every single time. The accuracy of this mcdonalds getting the order correct is 25%. Good luck to anyone using the drive thru cuz ur gonna need to park ur car and go inside to tell them they got ur order wrong. Im here today, right now, eating inside and i used the mobile app to order and selected table side service. A worker girl came to the play place and yelled “table 124!” (Im the only adult in here at the moment). This is the first time this has happened to me. The table side order finally failed, and I chose not to say anything to the girl. Well i go grab my tray, and to no surprise my order is incomplete. No drink. So i have to stand there for about 30 seconds and the worker finally gave me a drink. I bring the food over to our table and the kids begin tearing it up. I ordered a bacon McDouble for one of my boys and he started to ask, “where is my bacon?” I couldn’t tell if he just couldn’t taste it cuz u know how pathetically thin and small the bacon is, but i asked him for the burger, opened it up myself and saw no bacon. Again, no surprise to me and the inaccurate service. I take it back and they get me a new one after about 75 seconds. Sadly, they threw away the original one instead of letting me take it. My only recommendation for this location is to eat inside when you have time to wait on the staff to correct all their mistakes. Ive used the curbside pickup too, and you won’t believe how long it takes for them to bring you your food. The problem isn’t that the food is taking long to cook, the problem is that the staff doesn’t deliver the food out when its ready. In this location they don’t pay attn to the details, so after they finally figure out that its a curbside order, your food comes to you, maybe 15 minutes later, all nice and cold. Always stop the delivery person and do not let them leave until u check ur order, and even ck that ur burger has bacon on it. In conclusion, idk know how much worse the service can get. The cleaning lady here just got in the same booth as me, on the seat in front of me and started cleaning the window. I guess the service can get worse. I just changed it to...

UPDATE: I'VE BEEN BACK MANY TIMES SINCE THIS REVIEW & HAVE HAD WONDERFUL SERVICE EVERY TIME...I gave this location a 2 because when I went at 7:30am the other day they were very friendly. However when I was there tonight at 11:33pm as soon as I got to the speaker the girl says "can I take your order & not at the window." I ignored that & went on to ask if I could place two separate orders. I would have been fine if she said no but she said yes. I began my first order and she's mumbling under her breath and sighing heavily. I told her that's it for that order and began my my second order. As I began my second order she interrupts me with a nasty attitude and says "what do you want for this one?" Not necessarily the question that she asked that I had an issue with but in the rude manner in which she delivered the question. Especially after how she had been as I was making the first order. I then asked her if she could be any ruder. In her same rude tone she informs me that she's not being rude she's just extremely busy and has a line wrapped around the building. I told her I'm aware of the line I'm in it and yes you are being very rude. She then asked me in her still very rude tone "so you going to finish your order or what?" Then told her no I was not I'm done and I would just go to another location. I went to the other McDonald's on Cockrell Hill where I have never had someone treat me so rudely. This location is closer to my home and right in between our home and my husband's job. I will go out of my way to go to Cockrell Hill or Clark and Wheatland to have better customer service than this one is offering. It's really sad that this location has been open for less than a week and already has this many bad reviews about customer service. Again the morning crew I dealt with were wonderful. I put one star but this place deserves NONE! My teenage daughter works at this location, this is her first job ever & this place has been hell for her! She literally has cried because she doesn’t want to go in. These people are Sorry excuses for management! Not all but most. Crappy people being hired on with no leadership skills & no basic human decency & they in turn hire on their friends. This place is a mad house! My daughter has been threatened by an employee, a full grown man, that he would “ knock her a** out” because she stepped up to defend another female employee that was being verbally abused by this same man & this was right in front of a manager & he did nothing but send her home. She has also had customers throw things at her right in front of the manager & nothing was done. I have met a couple of these “ Managers” & Ill tell you they are very RUDE! McDonalds needs to hold their employees to a higher standard. Ultimately these are children (17 yrs old) & these jobs are supposed to pave the way to their adulthood, teaching them lessons of life but these adults are taking advantage of these kids & treating them horribly! My daughter will be looking for another job soon but I wanted to put a warning on here! DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN WORK HERE, they are not safe here!
