I love how this place is so close to home and everything is delicious! UPDATE... Used to love this place until I was overcharged, given the wrong order and blamed for their mistake! From the moment I walked in the lady was busy and distracted waiting on a customer for pick up and after huffing and puffing because I was not who they were waiting for she took my order, which I had to keep repeating, she charged me and never repeated back my order but since I have come here plenty of times I knew they would get it right. Well I was wrong, they completely changed my order, she realized her mistake and then said that it didn't matter because they were the same price and when I questioned her she raised her voice and said I should have been more specific and should have ordered the right thing from the beginning. I am all down for supporting local businesses but NOT when they're rude, blame the customer and where you come in and they treat you like you're bothering. First time coming to this place after seeing good reviews I've decided to try them out. I usually go to the one down the street from them. They didn't understand me which was a little frustrating because I wanted fruit tajin and chamoy. The blank stare was crazy and I also ordered nachos. So the nachos were disappointing, from the pic it looks like meat is on it but when I received there was no meat barely any cheese or sauce. For what I paid for I expected more. I asked can meat be added after 5 mins of finding someone who can interpret they don't serve meat. Which is fine but geeshhh why do we have to go all around just to get to the point. I've been to way better places than this one and better customer service! I feel like there should be a break down of what's on the food menu because me who don't understand Spanish there could be a better communication between the customer and server. I’ve been coming here the last few days because I became addicted to this one snack (🙈lol) & I must say the food is delicious! BUT the lady that works there is SO RUDE!!! When I walk in to order my usual she already looks bothered. When she can’t hear me speak she speaks loudly and says I can’t hear you!!!?? Once my food is ready she’s like “HERE!” And walks off. 🙄 I honestly think she shouldn’t be working there. I seen her act this way with other customers too.
