DON TACO #4 — Restaurant in Duncanville

Horrible customer service. Ordered the Dorinachos. Instead of getting it with the fajita meat, I asked for it with ground beef and no gueocomole, and cheese on the side so it wouldn't be soggy by the time I got back to work. (This is what happened last week when I ordered the same item) I was given a little container of cheese sauce to go with an entire platter of chips. When asked to get another cheese sauce, they wanted me to pay extra. "Ma'am, I just paid $11.10 for for Doritos and ground beef instead of steak fajita and the price remained the same." I sayed this in my head, but sayed to her ,"There's no way this is the amount of cheese sauce that will go on all of these chips." Her reply was, "When you order cheese on the side, this is what you get." So I requested a refund and gave the food back. When she handed me my money her statement was, "Here" That was rude and I won't be back. Really considered getting my school to order food this week for my camp. Absolutely not. I see why the reviews are 3.1 Very sad, especially when you try support new businesses...

On 7/3/24 I ordered $45 worth of food. I ordered Carne Asada fries with no onions. Got all the way home and sat down to enjoy my night and my fries barely had any cheese and no tomatoes or the other sauces (guacamole or sour cream on them) loos really old and dried out pieces of meat. The manager om duty said the fries had to be brought all the way back today or she would not refund my order. Absolutely Ridiculous I will never order from this place again. They have no customer service. Nothing on their menu looks like what they served me today!!! I'm so disappointed that they treat their customers this way. Now I have to waste my gas to take them something back they wouldn't even have bought themselves. PRICES TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THAT AND GAS TOO HIGH TO NOT BE COMPENSATED SOMEHOW. Ridiculous! They also said a little cup of Xtra cheese would be an Xtra $4. I wish the order would have just came with the cheese the way it is on their pictures. This is what I ordered verses What I got. And the fact I had to drive back from home or not be refunded...

If it was possible to give this place a negative star I would. I am not sure how this place is even open or why this city lets this place be open as many bad reviews on Google. This is the 2nd and final time I will order from here. Our power was out due to storms we decided to give it a second try. I apologize for the dark pictures. Overpriced and the food and service were horrible. The girls taking the order were airheads and giggle stupidly as I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times. I don't know how many times I heard HUH?? And then had to repeat the order at the window. Fries tasted like they only use one fryer to fry everything so that gives you an idea of what those were like. We got tacos and they were served in a styrofoam plate with plastic wrap, is this a restaurant or my in-law's BBQ where I am taking food home? Save your money and go to Taco Bell or Taco Casa, nothing about this...
