10/19/21 I will never eat here again. First I will like to say I pulled up around 8:50pm tonight and the young lady who made eye contact with me saw I was about to come in ,but she still proceeded to attempt to mop the floors upon my arrival.. I came inside walked past her and stood at the counter to be greeted. She went behind the counter and started putting gloves on. She was just holding a mop and a bucket of water and instead of washing her hands she started putting gloves on. I asked her to wash her hands first and she said okay that’s when I saw the young man he came from the back and came out to wash his hands and proceeded to help me instead. The young lady went back to start her mopping when the young man told her to put a wet floor sign out for customers to see. These were my red flags here and I should’ve left as soon as I saw them but instead I decided to give them a second chance so I ordered my food paid and left. When I got home to eat my food I immediately could taste the bread was old and stale as if it had been sitting there all day or night and the turkey on my sandwich was also old and had a horrible smell to it. I am very upset and disappointed with the service this franchise provided. I will never eat here again. You would think that after a pandemic you would make sure your store is up to par to remain in business but it’s obvious you could care less. This franchise should not be in business especially since you don’t have the decency to follow food regulations...
Read moreI came by last week to order 6 subs. The first thing the young man told me was that the toaster was not working and if I still wanted to make the order. I left that location and had to drive to another because I didn't want cold subs to begin with. So today I decided to call the location to see if the toaster is now working since that Subway is the closest one to my house. The lady I spoke to on the phone stated that their toaster has been working and is on perfectly fine. So I went up there to order my sub and spoke to Kescha she was very understanding and helpful however the young man who lied to me was just being lazy. Not a good work ethic at all. I have worked in the fast food industry before and I know that is unacceptable. Just wanted to let management know. I Will not be returning to this location on PM...
Read moreBeen going to this location for a while because it is close to my job; have had nothing but positive experiences. Could be slow sometimes if it is busy but the workers were very nice and are trying their best, and the meal was always tasty.
Today I got served by a female employee who I never seen before and she lacked customer service. Although I greeted her with a smile she did not say hello, was very blunt when taking my order, and didn't say thank you at the end she just gave my order to the cashier and left. She was being somewhat polite to the customers behind me (at least saying hello) but for some reason she was very cold and blunt with me. First time this has happened since I've been coming for the past year.
