Donut Palace — Restaurant in Duncanville

Whew, it was quite the morning! Busy as a bee! I was craving something sweet and decided to treat my girls and myself to some donuts. Since it was a bit late, I was worried the selection might be slim, but I looked up donut shops along my route and decided to take a chance.

I was so happy when I walked in and saw they still had plenty of donuts and kolaches! The donuts were absolutely delightful – so fluffy and soft. And those sausage croissants and 'piggies'? Delicious! The shop was also really clean and had a good variety of drinks.

Before stopping, I did what I always do and checked out the reviews. I noticed a few one-star reviews, and honestly, some of them seemed a little... well, a little harsh. Things like complaining about staff attentiveness? It's a donut shop, not a fancy restaurant. And someone sending their 12-year-old in alone? I just thought, you know, maybe hop out of the car yourself.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, reviews really do matter. We all have busy days, and sometimes little things might bother us, but let's try to be kind. If it were our business, we'd want people to be understanding, right? Let's spread a little more positivity and a little less negativity.

In conclusion... Yes! I will be visiting this little...

I went when the lady owner wasn't there I have been coming to this location for 17 years the Hispanic workers doesn't welcome some of the customers they just stand back until you ask them for something which is not good customer service when the lady owner is there at this shop she is very friendly and sweet she always welcome you in the Hispanic woman only help their kind I notice when I walk in they just looked at me and didn't say anything but what they didn't know I had been coming here for years I just moved out of the neighborhood 2 years ago so my husband and I decided to come to this location the donuts and etc are delicious but wish they would've cooked my donuts I wonted I will post a picture below 👇🏽 we traveled so far to come to this location and they didn't have what we wanted I noticed that it was a male standing in the back I'm thinking it was the owner husband but could you'll please stock up on variety of donuts and a least talk to your workers about being friendly to everyone not just...

Doughnuts are delicious. However, I sent my son in one morning before school (with a $10 bill) because he wanted a dozen glazed doughnut "holes" (which he orders a lot from a store closer to our home without me going in). He came back out and said, "The lady is telling me they are $10 here!" I then went in, and she had the dozen glazed holes waiting. I asked HOW are holes 10 dollars? She then went on to say that he asked for a dozen glazed doughnuts. Looking at the menu in disbelief, seeing that he wouldn't have had enough made me question if she thought my big 12 year old son was a fool and just tried it. I didn't like that one bit.
