I'm a little disappointed today I went to Wings and Rings and the chicken was not cooked good the chicken was very salty I order lemon pepper and Cajun the one I always order and the fries were very hard and undercooked I come here everytime I'm in the Duncanville area I moved from Duncanville two yrs ago but lived in Duncanville Tx for 15 yrs I don't know who cooked today which is 08/10/2024 at 2:00pm I know it use to be a middle age African American male guy who cook the chicken perfect every time he is always on point with my food it's always hot and fresh when I come today the chicken skin was falling off and the chicken was under cooked I praying that they correct this issue because I really like this place I have been telling people to come to this location I even told a food critic to come to visit the place I don't want to disappoint him because I'm use to getting fresh and neatly cooked food please fix this problem I don't want your place to go viral and get a...

This pains me to write as we were loyal customers for over 10 years now. Our last visit will sadly remain our last, over the years I've seen many changes in the food but this time changing to potato buns was the last straw. The buns were just horrible all together. I wish he would go back to the fries completely covered in seasoning and the regular buns. It's been about 2 months since we went and it was sad because before that visit we were talking about having him cater our wedding but obviously that was going to happen anymore. I love the owner before he moved to this location I visited about every week and he could correct my order if I forgot something just by the sound of my voice on the phone. My first time coming it was no problem, but today when I got there the caddie was fidgeting with a cake and soda. I assume it was to package for a later pickup, instead of retrieving my order. Then he told me they had some difficulty and my order wasn't ready. I was annoyed because when I called in I was given a wait time up 15 min, I showed up 30 min after the fact and one order still wasn't ready and I didn't trust that it would only take 10 min to prepare the second order. He went to the back because apparently 30 min wasn't enough time to package the order I waited another 7 min for that.
