The owner was very helpful. You- the cashier/manager who stood eating grapes while taking orders, were not. If you are on break and eating , you should not be taking orders, handling food, and forms of payment. That is cross-contamination and plain unsanitary. As a manager, you should know that. The owner is quite lovely and the food is delicious. It is not the establishment. It is your demeanor. There is room for improvement in the customer service you as a manager/cashier provide.
Have to revamp review. Enjoyed the food delivered through Uber eats... so much so I went in the next week to order inside. The manager/cashier has a very abrupt manner. She stood eating grapes while abrasively stating nothing came with fried rice before I could even get to the counter. I knew what I wanted to order as I ordered it previously through Uber Eats. She abruptly placed the order incorrectly after informing me of how the meal comes. Fortunately, the restaurant owner whom the manager claimed does not speak/understand english came to assist and make the order correctly. The food was not as delicious as before for a number of factors. 1. cashier/manager was eating grapes and handling food orders, which screamed unsanitary. 2. The abrasive manner in which she communicates is unwelcoming. 3. Increased prices. Would like to return as the food is good, but this experience left a poor taste in my mouth. I'm definitely not in a...
Read moreI actually liked it and was not planning on going here...I passed by and saw Hibachi :) This is a small boutique restaurant, simple in design. The menus are every where so you can get a clear picture of what they offer. It was clean and the the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Now please note you are not coming here to get the Hibachi experience just the food. Now that we got that out the way. I only eat fish and I was so pleased that they had many great options for me like Hibachi Salmon, Mahi Mahi, Hibachi Tofu, Tuna Steak, Hibachi Vegetable, and Hibachi Flounder(I got this one). The meal comes with your protein of choice, noodles, soup and salad. For whatever reason I added fried rice but the mean alone was more than enough. The prices are really great for a combo meal like this. I enjoyed it all. I had to add some seasoning to the noodles but that is a me thing honey , LOL. Give this place a try you will appreciate being able to get a good meal to go or to dine in if you choose. I believe they will do well and I truly hope this review helps more people...
Read moreI read the other reviews before deciding to visit. Like others said, the cashier speaks to everyone like they are a child that she's trying her best to be patient with, the prices are good for the amount of food that you get, and the day I went it was quiet and all of the orders were for take out. The ramen soup was not great. The textures and flavors didn't go together, and the most disappointing one was the broth. It lacked flavor and was very greasy. For the hibachi, the vegetables and yum yum sauce were great. But the food needs the sauce and doesn't stand well on its own. All of the protein in the dishes was overcooked and slightly dry. Another review mentioned her food leaking when delivered. They package the food well, but considering the amount of butter/oil used to make it, if you tilt the bag...
