i have never in my life been so disrespected by an establishment. I order 12 taco supreme half soft half hard with lite lettuces tonight by drive through around 9:05pm The person at the drive through order screen said "pull forward for your order total" when i got to the window it was about $3 less than what I usually pay so i asked for her to repeat the order. She or whom ever (sounded like it was her) at the order mic had put order in incorrectly. So i corrected her on what was order. She said she asked the supervisor on duty and they said im unable to change my order at the window. At that time i ask to speak to the supervisor on duty due to the face that i was changing the order I was correcting what they put in wrong. So a "manager" a tall African American male look to be in his 20s came to the manager when i asked for his name he said they arent allowed to give their name but the woman before him gave her name which was Kam/Cam something of that nature. I asked him what was his title he said manager. At this point i started recording the interaction since i did not have his name. That when he said "We will not waste the food that your ordered by throwing it away" i informed him that i didnt order that he said "oh well" then him and the lady kam started threating me. Saying if i kept recording they would come outside and beat me up. Mind you I'm only 120 pounds with 3 kids in the suv ages 1yr 5yr and 15yrs. So i just kept saying can I just have my card back. The "manager" on duty continue so threaten me and saying they had my name and could easily look me up at that point im starting to log onto my account to lock my card because i have no idea why they would want to keep my card. Then a smaller male employee came up and said "just give her the card" and a smaller woman employee walked up asking what was going on. The "manager" said that I was wasting their time sitting in the drive thru window after i ordered the wrong food and refuse to pay. At that point im asking for my card again they had not charged it and they was holding my card hostage. The manager threw my card to used profanity and i speed off. Im not sure if its the employee shortage i read about but regardless I dont understand how people like that so called manager or the person kam is even employed. My order shouldve been corrected was the correct course of action. Im not sure how they kept saying i was wasting food since i never got and order. i never accepted any food i corrected her when i was paying for it. i will never ever ever go back to this place. To say that a Taco Bell is bad is almost a truism, so you may not yet grasp the import of this rating. This place is horrible FOR A TACO Bell. The problem is not the extremely slow service (though it is the slowest), nor is it the broken down and poorly maintained equipment and furniture (though both the drive through and interior have significant problems). No, the problem is the food. I have never been here where I didn't receive at least one extremely stale tortilla, on more than one occasion the meat has been so bad that I threw it out rather than eat my burrito. Read moreI wish I could do zero stars. I went inside because I have a stroke and I can't communicate effectively from the car. I waited 8 minutes and nobody was available to take my order. And suddenly I came face to face with a girl who said I just have to wait. I said I don't see the things on the kiosk that I would like to order. But she went back. In two or three minutes a customer tried to help me and then the manager appeared. While I was there two people came inside (car orders) and said they got the wrong order. And then one person came inside and said he got the wrong order at lunch. It was a mobile order and he needed to pick up the things that were left off of his order! I did the Franks/Diablo burrito and nachos because I saw that a YouTube video had given them two thumbs up. I don't know what happened but I got overcooked fries and overcooked chicken.
