*Buyer Beware *

I purchased Maytag washer and dryer in April 2024 and when it arrived the washer was FILTHY. There was dirt in the tub, dirt in the dispenser and the glass lid was covered in dirt. The machine looked like it had been sitting in the desert. The dryer was scratched up and neither appliance looked new even though I was told all of their products were new.

The delivery guy cleaned the washer and they hooked up both machines and the dryer was DEAD. They took both machines back and returned with an LG set and another Maytag set. The LG's washer's legs were damaged so the machine would wobble horribly so they took it back and left me with the Maytag set. I was told it was the same dryer that didn't work before and it worked when they took it back and tested it at the "warehouse."

Fast forward to today, not even a whole 3 months later and I am paying to repair the dryer that just stopped working. This is what I get for trying to support local businesses. I should have just purchased my set from Nebraska...

I wanted to share a recent experience my parents had while visiting. They mentioned that their refrigerator was having some issues, and after installing a trailer hitch and renting a trailer, we discovered that the store where they intended to buy a new one was closed for the weekend. This understandably caused them some distress, as they were leaving to travel home the next morning, which is a 7-hour journey.
