HAVE THE EXACT AMOUNT OF $$$ for YOUR FOOD AND TIP JUST INCASE YOU THE YOUNGER white skinny looking BOY UNDER 25 yrS OLD OR POSSIBLE YOUNGER is delivering YOUR FOOD . my bill was UNDER 23 bucks I .only had 40 offered to give him a $10 tip which I believe it's generous tip coming from someone who waited over a hour and 15 mins

he told me that he. didn't he did not have change so I gave it to him the whole $40 on a bill that was under $23 because I just moved around here and I understand what it is to work for tips after the second time of him telling me he didn't (have change I said I did not want the food and then he gave me $5 back so yet again I had to tip him over 15 more then have the cost of my food that's was only that was under 20 bucks

I know delivery people carry some change after I told him that I could not give him another $20 tip because my food was under $23 he all the sudden came up with five bucks same young white guy as before so he knows what he's doing to the first time I felt bad he was a very young kid the second time I've been a delivery driver I know you have at least $10 in change and I should not have to tip you $15 on 20 or give you the whole 40 bucks on 23

its a shame too because the customer service and woman that answered the phone and the food is very good the only times I've had a problem is the two times I've had a delivery by the younger white man my Sushi has been warm he's made me pay over $15 for a tip on food that is under $25 because he doesn't have change I have been a delivery person work in a sub shop and I still work in the restaurant industry and I know you were supposed to carry change for at least to be able to break a 10 or 20 $..) I've gotten food that wasn't delivered by that gentleman it is been very good tonight I went with the lo mein my food was here Within 15 minutes it was very good but if you get the white younger boy as a delivery person make sure you have correct change or he will wind up getting you for close to one hundred percent of a tip based on how much your food cost and your sushi will be warm

I always give a restaurant at least three chances because sometimes there are always different people working. The woman on the phone is very sweet and help me with my order to the fullest extent and My food was was great but maybe mention that you need them to bring you change and that if you get sushi make...

First time ordering from here. I asked for General TOS chicken and shrimp Hunan dinners. I had a coupon for two more egg rolls with spending over $25. One dinner was correct, the other was not. I called to let them know that my order was wrong. I really don’t believe the customer service was stellar.The service rep argued that I was mistaken about what I ordered. I was told I could return the wrong product and receive the correct order. (a 15-20 minute drive). I asked if I could get a curtesy credit for my next visit. Nope that wasn’t an option. I have been an owner in the food industry, I also have experience as a retail manager. I have always believed that people make mistakes, I also believe we need to make an effort to keep our customers happy. I might try again, but this visit has given me pause. On another note… The food was very good, but the service and resolution is lacking.

Edited this since the “owner” continues to want argue their point. This only makes me want to not try this place again! I received the our meals with said “extra egg rolls” I did NOT order chicken Hunan, I asked for Shrimp. To continue to declare you are not wrong is exactly the issue. How horrible in despicable can you be to be out here selling food that's not even up to par and quality. When we order barbecue ribs from your establishment and you're actually selling nothing but bones with barbecue sauce on them. And you have no shame in your presentation to this community. And then your egg foo young is horrible it's not even on the level of the other Chinese places around here. The vegetables are hard the egg is dry it is just not good and then the brown sauce has no real substance to it i.e seasoning. The brown sauce is watery it's not robust and heat y. You don't care about this community and putting your best foot forward and everything that you put out there. You're just here for a cash grab. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. And when told that when you order the ribs it's nothing but bones w BBQ sauce you are going to turn around and say well yeah some of the bones but a majority of them won't. How disgraceful is that.
