Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Absolutely terrible experience. I know that this is practically fast food, but my 11 year old likes it- so I ordered food for delivery & when my food got here, half of it was missing. When I called to ask about my missing food, drinks & sauce & told them the one thing my child wanted was MISSING. I was calm & nice when I called- I was told that they can not refund my money "for 2 reasons, ummm ummm ummm, we can't refund an order for one item (my order has several items) then they said that they deal with door dash for deliveries so even though they have my missing food & were looking at it while I was on the phone - they can't refund any of my money & that it's MY PROBLEM, NOT THEIRS ! So I had to call doordash and doordash helped. I would never order from a little Ceasars again in my life. And I advise you all...

Ordered three pizzas at 4:50, arrived at 5:15, waited until I was finally asked if I had order at 5:55 to find out my pizzas had been given to other people who had walked in AFTER ME THE WHOLE TIME IM STANDING THERE! Guess I’m invisible and everyone who ordered after me and came in after me is MUCH more important than myself apparently. On the plus side while I was waiting for nearly an hour I did get to see the horrendous health code violations and unsanitary practices so I’ll be able to give a thorough and detailed account to the health board, and corporate. I dont believe these employees were trained. No greeting. No, "NEXT!" when it was my turn, No "Hot and Ready" anything in any of the 3 cases that were labeled for it. No thank you or any ending to the transaction. I had to ask for my receipt and my change from a 50. Also No, instructions or information given for my wait time. Overall poor experience.
