BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Dundee Township

My husband and I visited This location just this week as they opened! I had been eyeballing the location because I fell in love with Biggby When I was in Michigan and was dreaming that they would bring it closer to me and lucky for me, they did! Their coffee drinks are to die for. I would take coffee from Biggby Over Starbucks any day. Comparatively speaking, prices are similar and all coffee prices even Dunkin have risen. Isn’t cheap anymore. That being said if you especially are a latte lover… This place is for you. There are so many options and there is a “secret menu “and of course you have the option to create your own concoction. There are nondairy options for people with dietary restrictions or caloric needs, and forget all about that. Coffee is freaking delicious. If you’re a real coffee head, you will enjoy this place a whole lot more than Starbucks, Starbucks I am completely over! The good thing about this place is that the people were so pleasant and very very nice. You could see them having a meeting about process right through the drive-through and the employees seemed excited and you could tell there was a good energy there, good energy there! I’ve been about 6 times since they opened. The first few times, they got my order wrong, couldn’t figure out how to use the app for payment, and I waited a while. Eh, learning curve. But now, it’s still happening. Keep in mind that they are slow. And the drive through is one where you can’t escape once you’re in it. I ordered online to pick up in the drive through because I was on my way to work. I gave myself an extra 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I waited in the drive through 35 minutes (yes, exact because I looked when I pulled up to see how long I would wait). The worst part is that my order was cold (ordered a hot drink) by the time I received it, & I was offered no apology for the wait. I am so incredibly thankful for this establishment. I was visiting my mom at the hospital and I had never been to a Biggby Coffee before. When I pulled up, I told the worker I needed a minute to look over the menu since I wasn’t familiar with it. The worker told me to take my time. After feeling overwhelmed by the coffee options, I picked bagel sandwich. After I placed my order the worker told me that since it was my first time there that he would give me any latte in the biggest size for $4. I still wasn’t sure what to order, but I definitely wanted to take him up on the offer. He asked me a couple of questions about whether I liked hot/cold, sweet/not so sweet, and picked me out the perfect beverage.
