If only I could give this place 0 stars I would! Very unprofessional!! This place forgot to give me all the sides for my order that was totalled to $40.00. When we asked the person in the drive through if everything was in the bag, she said yes, so we drove away and trusted her. We live 25 minutes away from this Popeyes and we have 4 kids, in which makes it very difficult to buy fast food....we paid and trusted that all of our food was in the ag for our dinner. When we got home and opened the bag all the sides were misssing! I was soo upset! My kids ended up eating just dry chicken alone, they were very sad that their mac and cheese was not there,my husband and i didnt even eat anymore. I called the store right away and spoke to the manager...in which did not help much because he didnt even know how to solve the problem AND WHEN I TOLD HIM MY NAME HE SAYS "OHH WE GET A LOT OF COMPLAINTS FROM WOMEN WITH THE SAME NAME" like seriously???? What kind of manager is this?
First he said to go back for the sides...but like I said we live 20 minutes away and it was 7pm (dinner time). Then he offered to give us the sides for free, but what is that going to do when our dinner was pretty much over. Then I asked to just refund us the money for the sides back to the credit card, but he said he couldn't do that and that he could only do CASH. Lastly i could over hear someone in the background telling him to just give me the whole order for free.. but really what am i going to do with all the food? It didnt fix or change the fact that it ruined our dinner. I didnt another choice but to accept the free order. Then gave me his name and said that he usually works in the mornings. I go the next day a little past noon, its raining and i have my baby and daughter with me. I go inside and tell the story to the manager in charge, she calls Noe and cant get a hold of him. At this point i just want my money back. A worker that was taking the orders, keeps looking at me and my daughters in a very mean way and also kept on nodding her head as if I did something wrong??...she kept on trying to get involved with the conversation the manager and I were having while working at the same time (probably messed up someone's order again through the drive through). I just didn't understand why that older worker women was looking at us soo mean! What is wrong with her? What kind of customer service does she have? The manager on duty finally gets a hold of the other manager (Noe) and he says to just give me the whole order and NO CASH...when he had just told me the night before that he could only give me cash not a credit card refund? The manager girl on duty quickly starts calculating how much of a refund she was going to give me from the sides...( as if that would solve the issue). While she is doing that, the drive through worker lady keeps on looking at me and my daughters again in a very rude way! What is seriously wrong with this lady? I wish there was a more professional and reasonable Manger on duty, so that they could help me with this issue. I really did not have much time to waste, and i didn't see my issue going anywhere with these people. I tell the manager to just give me my money back and she refuses and states that she could only give me $16 for the sides...in which doesn't even cover for the gas I spent driving all the way over there, and it also did not justify the fact that they ruined my kids dinner. I tell the manager that I really did not have much time to wait around and see what the manager Noe says over the phone, so I take the $16.00 and walk away. I work in customer service myself and I'm also a Manager, therefore I know how it is when there is a problem with a customer and not once do we let the customer leave unhappy! We solve the issue and ALWAYS make sure the customer leaves content and comes back for our services. We will never come back to this Popeyes ever again, and it sucks because we love Popeyes. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else, specially if you have kids and money is very tight for...

I wouldn't be surprised if the review from Cee Gee is some employee that works there or one of their friends because my experience is like pretty much all the other ones which was terrible. The chicken I guess was ok but I bought my son a sandwich and an apple pie but I selected no pickles because he doesn't like them and the sandwich had pickles. I also ordered through the app for pickup because we were running late to go somewhere and when I pulled up to the window 15 minutes later they told me to pull up further so they can make it for me!? Why the hell would I order on the app for pickup 15 minutes prior only to sit in the drive-thru for them to make it as if I just ordered from the drive-thru!! The weird looking guy at the drive-thru window shrugged it off and really didn't even care that I had that complaint and I wasn't about to wait for them to decide to bring it out to me on their time frame so I went inside to pick it up instead only to see all the lady does is grab some chicken and throw it on a bun and then put it in the wrapper so why in the hell could she not have done that before I got there since there was no customers when I pulled up! Seeing how they operate I guess that's no surprise. Won't ever go here again and will be letting anybody I can possibly know not to trust this location and go somewhere else in hopes that the owners have to close it if it's a franchise as someone else said within a year for lack...
Read moreUpdate: 4 years later this place is still terrible. Stale biskets, paper napkins that smell like mildew. And rubbery chicken.
The short version: They forgot to put the chicken in my drive thru order and when I returned to talk to them about it, they offered me a partial refund.and threatened to call the police on me! ... Now, the whole story... They offered me a $12 refund on the $60 order. The shift manager said the manager had left for the day and he couldn't do anything more for me. I asked him to call the manager to see if they could do anything more. And told him that "I would wait here while he tried to get things figured out." He came back 4 minutes later with the Regional manager on the phone and told me he was going to call the police on me for blocking the drive thru. I hadn't even raised my voice at him... He just misinterpreted me waiting for resolution to my concerns as some sort of protest to block his drive thru or something. I think I will be trying some other chicken places...
