This location has terrible customer service. My carry-out order was 30 minutes late. I was understanding of this, though none of the three team members I came across apologized. They simply told me that "they're making it right now". After waiting the additional 30 minutes, I was told that they do not have the Pepsi that I ordered in stock. Well, let me rephrase: They BARKED that they do not have the Pepsi in stock. Again, with no hint of an apology. Since I had already paid I asked them to simply refund the $2-3 it cost for the Pepsi. Team Member Number One (Cashier) screamed for "Diana" or "Diane" (the name escapes me) across the entire store. "Diana" screams back "WHAAAAT?" from the back of the store. After some back-and-forth, "Diane" finally comes to the front of the store and proceeds to tell me, in the rudest tone imaginable, that "they gunna have to refund da entire order den recharge da card". At this point, I have had it with the terrible customer service and the negative atmosphere these two associates were imposing. I told them that I was no longer wanting the order and to just simply refund the card. I would be leaving the pizza there on the counter. They proceeded to do so. I walked out of the store with receipt-in-hand and no pizza. No apology or attempt at customer satisfaction was made. Multiple other pizza places are just down the road, maybe two-three blocks, and I ended up having a great dinner somewhere else. Would not recommend and will not be visiting this chain again unless some sort of hand is...
Read moreThis location is usually where we order from. Unfortunately, we are out of delivery range even though we live 15 min away? That can be frustrating. So we have always done takeout.
The pizza itself is great. Out of all my pizza experiences, Domino's is my 3rd favorite place to eat pizza. It doesn't sound like I like them that much by my ranking, but I do. And here is why. The texture is good, unlike caesars (but I can't knock them because of their prices). It still tastes great after 2-3 days in the fridge (unlike pizza hut?). AND THEY HAVE GARLIC BREAD CRUST W/O EXTRA CHARGE.
For someone who has sensitivity issues when eating food, dominos is a great option when trying to find pizza (price, location, taste)....
Read moreMonths ago, I had a disappointing experience dealing with a rude employee that most likely was either starting with the company or leaving it, in this location. In one of my responses from business managers, I was invited to go again to discuss about the experience, giving an opportunity to improve. On the 23rd of January, I stopped in my way home and manager Ted was made aware of the situation. He looked into it and as a family we ended up ordering dinner from them. My wife purchased a great tasting pizza and she was treated in a really professional manner. Nowadays, pizza has many different styles, and although great pizza is quite common in Chicagoland, customer service makes...
