Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Dundee Township

Let me say the people are really nice here and very helpful. They really go out of the way if you have an allergy and have a special section or they prepare gluten free bread. However good the bread is The contents of the sandwich just aren't that great. The Philly cheesesteak was so incredibly salty I could barely eat it and it cost a lot of money for practically no meat or veggies. The ingredients are really subpar regardless of what they advertise. I have to say that was my first time trying food here the other day and I was very disappointed. Even the tea was super watered down. one of the other sandwiches I ordered was a ultimate cloth and the sandwich was arranged that bacon was only on one half and then hand was only out of 1/2 so the distribution and quality of the food really off. This is literally the most expensive sandwich with the least quality I've ever had. This place sucks, horrible customer service. Who argues with their customers when it's their fault. Two days ago we ordered two sandwiches, they are only a quarter of a mile away from our work. We placed our order at 4:30, we didn't get our sandwiches until 5:15. They had three excuses, first was the delivery guy has another delivery, then the delivery guy might'e gone to the wrong place, then the manager (jesse) told us the delivery guy is at our building. Where? We don't see him, and he keeps telling us he's there. Jesse the manager told us that if the delivery guy was not there in 40 minutes the order was free. It should've been free because it took 45 minutes, then he argued with us that it was because of traffic and that the delivery guy was at our building within 40 minutes. Then Jesse the manager had the nerve to tell us that we got the chips for free, because he forgot to ring it up. Is that our fault you idiot? Never going to any Jimmy...

I like Jimmy John's but try to avoid this restaurant location at all costs... this is the worst Jimmy John's out there! first of all, I've gotten sick from eating at this one, they use old meat, I've had mushy rotten tomatoes on my sandwiches and every time I went to this one, I would get hard, stale bread. Another thing about this place is that there are about 4 young girls that work here and all they do is stand there and talk to each other while ignoring customers. I've actually walked in here a few times and had to wait 3-4 minutes for these morons to finish their conversations before they would take my order.
