McDonald's — Restaurant in Dundee

I'm giving this McDonald's Halo rating for multiple different reasons. First reason they're pulling everyone off to the side and into your drive to parking Zone in order to keep their timer down. Mind you it was about 1:30 that I was in the Drive-Thru. And I ordered a quarter pounder and nuggets and fries simple. But they still had me pull around took them over 20 minutes and I saw the person who brings the food out actually give food to people who were behind me in line. Which they had them pull over as well. Then they forgot to put my sweet and sour sauce in my bag so I had to ask the lady who was delivering food to other vehicles if I could have some she brings me out one for 10 peace so I had to get out of my vehicle and go get a second one. This McDonald's management not only needs to retrain its staff. But stop cheating by having everybody pull over so that way they can look like they have good time on their record. On top of all of that my sandwich is made very sloppy by quarter pounder meat was extremely crisp around the edges. Most of the stuff had slid to the side. And I could tell that the nuggets and the fries must have sit underneath the light and was getting cold why they were making me wait on my burger. I stopped coming here, but decided to grab breakfast before heading to my destination, the manager (im assuming) has always been nice, today was just an already overwhelming day for them im guessing, which is fine I get that I've worked retail & when it gets busy register gets backed up I can only imagine fast food but I was patient waited to order for a couple minutes, ordered went to window to pay & sat at paying window till there was no more cars left infront of me, 2 employees were sitting there talking about being hungry & don't have any money. My baby started crying so I told him to hang on & they closed the window even further no one told me to move up then the manager started yelling ma'am and waving her hands loudly for me to move up after it all I just got a Lil aggravated because I've been patient with you, please don't take your overwhelming out on me. At that point I finally got to pay & grab food & left. I always try to be polite & say thank you but didn't have it in me at that point. This McDonald’s not bad at all, but their service has gotten worse. Food is always cold. They always losing my order when I do curbside pick up. I got told that I was a liar earlier that I never placed an order when I had three receipts stating I had an order from that McDonald’s they’re always losing my order and every time I do curbside pick up I had to leave my car go inside the building because I waited about 30 to 40 minutes every time and then every time they’re losing my order. Like do better learn better read better. I have a feeling that you gave my order out to someone else and didn’t realize it and the manager thinks it was a joke. She’s the one that basically told me that I was a liar. She didn’t have to tell me I could tell about her body language that she wants to tell me I’m a liar when I have all receipts to prove that I placed an order with a date stamp and time.
