Terrible service. Unfriendly and condescending, telling me it was my fault they messed up my order when the real reason was because when I went to request something be left off my order, the person on the intercom had already gotten off or stopped listening, so there was no response, and when I pulled up and tapped on the glass to alert someone I had something else to tell them about my order, the people inside just looked at me like I was crazy and watched me until the lady on the intercom walked back to the window and finally opened it up. Upon telling her I had been trying to tell them I didn't want certain items on my order, she quickly and rudely raised her voice and told me that "NOW WERE GOING TO HAVE TO MAKE THE ORDER ALL OVER AGAIN!" ....even though if they'd simply opened the window when I first got to it and tapped on it, the wouldve had more than enough time to tell the cook that hey this order needs to be done a certain way.
When I chose not to respond to her rude comment, she then slammed the window closed and upon returning with my order she slung it open and almost threw the bag into my car. I had to literally grab one of the sandwiches from flying out of the bag and then readjust it because it was just before dumping everything out into my lap.
I will NOT be returning as this is NOT the first time this has occurred. Many of the interactions I have had with this manager/cashier/ whoever she is, have all been rude and condescending to me and several of my friends and family have said they experienced the same thing, but noticed that she does this only to certain "types" of customers. I.e. she's racist as hell....if you're white, be careful of going there because you will NOT be welcomed or treated equally at all, unless you're lucky enough to come on a day when this ratchet girl...
Read moreI wouldn't even give a star if I could. My last experience was horrible. Drive through made me pull up to get my order when nobody was behind me. I was missing food from my order. I called after I got home to tell them, they told me to come back tomorrow and they would refund me. After speaking with the manager the next day, he had no idea about the previous day, and said refunding money "was not their policy". I complained to their customer service department. They said the manager should make it right. After he wouldn't, I called back to customer service, they sent my complaint to the franchise owner. They said they should call me back in a couple days. Now 3 days have passed and I've heard nothing. They took my money, didn't give me what I paid for, so basically stole from me, I've complained and they don't care. Not to mention I had human hair in one of the other items I actually got. So if you want to patron this particular restaurant, go ahead and support thieves. Go ahead and pay greedy owners as they are begging you to get taken by them at some point. The worst part is that I and my family love Arby's, but not anymore at least not this one...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed at the manager at the Dunn location !! let me start by saying I do contract work and work all over NC and buy lunch everyday for my crew , we absolutely love Arby's as our fast food go to and we often buy the new smokehouse brisket sandwich ... last week they forgot the onion skewers on all the sandwiches I didn't say a word but today it was exactly the same so I decided I was gonna bring them back in .. the cashier treated me like I did something wrong so I asked for management she immediately stomped up to the counter and told me that it was supposed to have two small slices of brisket and they had been out of the ( i quote) the onion thangs for some time now !!!! smh don't you think b4 you charge me $8.69 plus tax for each I should be warned that I get half of a sandwich and a quarter of what your menu...
