WARNING WARNING WARNING This young lady at this location carries herself like a CEO of a company!!
We visited this Burger King for lunch one day and normally with fast food you do Not get eye contact and definitely Not a smile from the person waiting on you at the cash register.
This young lady: Quanecia Webb (I hope I spelled it right; I asked her for her name); showed extremely impressive and exemplary customer service skills. Honestly, I thought she was a manager that was just filling in at the cash register. This young lady had an awesome personality and a huge welcoming smile. NOT THE ATTITUDE THAT YOU NORMALLY GET FROM ALOT OF TODAY'S YOUNGER GENERATION that act like they are doing you a favor by just doing their jobs, smh!!
This young lady impressed me so much with her knowledge of the new items on the menu and just her willingness to help in explaining it to us (me and my wife), that I had to write this LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG Review about her.
Watch out world this young lady is going places in the workforce, and I hope that Burger King recognizes this and her efforts and promotes her immediately because if not she'll be an asset to any company that she decides to go to. I own a business and I'd hire her in a second!!
Congrats "Q" (if I can call you that, if not sorry for offending you) and keep up the excellent service it is being and will be recognized...

We came on a visit to Dunn and decided to drop by Burger King just off I-95. While we were promptly attended, our cashier didn't accurately record our order. My son ordered a #2 meal, substituted water for the drink, and upgraded the fries for mozzarella sticks. I ordered a single pretzel burger, water, and mozzarella sticks. However, he recorded a #2 meal with fries and bottled water and he got mine right.
While we waited almost 15 minutes for our order, the folks in front of us had waited for over 20 minutes and then received a partial order! The other part of his order came out about 5 minutes after he left.
While looking at the board, there were folks who waited 16, 15, 11, and 10 minutes for their meals. And while a lot of people were preparing food, it didn't seem to make it to the front, that is, until the Manager stepped in to expedite.
Once he started organizing the orders with the needed food, the orders were filled in no time. Great job, Store Manager!
While we both ordered bottled water, they didn't have any, so the manager and I worked out a food/price swap and ended it agreeably.
And while we could complain about the wait, after we bit into our food, especially the mozzarella sticks, we thought the wait was worth it.
We're going to give this BK...
Read moreThis is going to make me seem like a Karen, but I am sharing anyway. I placed an order, was told they did not accept my card. So, when I went to place the same order via mobile app (I don't live here, just drove an hour, only had the one AmEx credit card on me, and waited 15 minutes in line) I was told I had to drive around again even though my order was made and right in front of me and all I had to do was hit the pay button. So, I called to speak directly to the manager on duty and she hung up on me stating she was following company policy and I should have driven back around. I've not ever had this happen at any other BK I have ever been to. And the callous treatment from the manager was not exemplary of the brand, nationally or locally owned. It is just frustrating because I haven't eaten all day and just wanted my food (they're right off of I-95). I don't want or expect anything from this... but hopefully the owner will see this and reconsider the "policy". I know that they could have given me my order and checked in my mobile order after the fact. It's not that hard to do and I don't appreciate being hung up on either. I wasn't rude to the person who took my order or the manager, but she was definitely rude to me. It was just very frustrating and I can see why there's a 3 star rating on this...
