Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Dunwoody

Normally don't complain but I went in to order two sandwiches today on 9/16 / 25 about between 10:45 and 11:10 a.m. I walk in the store there was one tall black guy and a Latino girl that was helping preparing the sandwiches. The Latino girl verbatim said hi, she did say hi and she followed with how can I help you? So I told her the two sandwiches that I wanted the black guy didn't greet then acknowledge or nothing he was standing there as well. So this caucasian or white guy walked in like 60 seconds right after me the black guy who I think is the manager immediately said welcome to Jersey Mike how you doing what can I get for you today? So I immediately very calmly said am I also welcomed.? At that point they both got very quiet throughout preparing and ringing up my sandwich. And I thought that that type of thing didn't exist as many times I go to Jersey Mike on my lunch break. This is the second time me having a bad experience at Jersey Mike's. The food is good but, I don't know they treat certain races different than others! As I said very unprofessional and I won't ever go there again and I normally go there on my lunch break at least once a week and I told all my coworkers to stay away as well as many...

Never really gone to a New Jersey Mike's - boooi did I missed some 😲 ...Ms. Britt is a true Ambassador to the entire New Jersey Mike's Brand - how exceptional, just absolutely stunning, this Lady explained the entire Brand's Philosophy but furthermore each Sandwhich as well the different breads... Guys you owe it to yourself you want a true "Hoagie" a true Sandwhich folks this particular New Jersey Mike's got'chu suuuuper - #13 on Rosemary Bread Sandwhich-Heaven 😍 ....I must admit this Sandwhich including making it Mike's way is a true special treat - Ms. Britt thank you so much for being such an avid Customerservice professional, astute - well rounded - beautifully positive in short you the Sandwhich Empress literally - New Yersey Mike's can truly be proud to have a person of your qualities and decorum representing the entire Brand to such levels. Your daughter Ms. Teresa is a true reflection of a well upbringing thus mirroring your standards & etiquette. Respect.

I've been to this Jersey Mike's numerous times over the years without issue, but today is the one I want to write about... Only 2 people working behind the counter while a 3rd young lady was the "greeter". For some reason, one of the people behind the counter kept disappearing into the back while customers were waiting to pay, and sandwiches were waiting to be made. There were 5 people ahead of me in line, and it took a solid 10 or 15 minutes before it looked like may sandwich was being gotten to. Then the guy started making the guy's sandwich who was behind me... Apparently, he couldn't deviate from the order in which the slicer put them down. Meanwhile, this entire time I've been watching all the fruit flies behind the counter, landing on the bread, condiments, etc... Made me question the point of anyone wearing gloves when everything else they touch with them looks filthy. I let them know I wasn't hungry anymore, and walked out.
