Master Pho — Restaurant in Dunwoody

I've ate here a few times now and feel like each time it gets worse and worse. The first time was actually pretty good with good customer service. I got the chicken and shrimp pho (chicken was dry on all occasions). The second time I went for lunch and ordered the same as the first time however, once I received my order it didn't have any sprouts, onions or lime. This was never stated at the time of ordering. Only after asking for the itams I then was told they were out. The third time was around lunch and they were out of beef broth (didn't order anything). I went back this past Saturday and ordered the same as before to only receive my pho without a spoon. I asked the lady that took my order for a spoon she stated they were out. I asked how am I supposed to eat my food and she suggested using a fork....but what about the broth. She had to go search for a spoon and a fork (that they were...

I like this place, mostly due to its quality of food. Enjoy going here because of the good experience i have had.

Unfortunately, today was not a good experience, im not sure if my pho got mixed up or what happened, but the beef pho did not taste anything like the pho i had before. The lime that comes with the meal was already squeezed, which makes me wonder if this pho came back from someone else and then given to me. The smell, the taste, and the color of the broth were all off. It was way too salty. Just after a few bites, i had to stop eating and had to throw it away. I let an employee know about this, and i was told that management would be notified.

I wasn't expecting the extremely high quality that Master Pho delivered...until I found out that the main location is on Buford Hwy. I had the beef broth Pho with filet mignon. The beef was at the top of the tenderness chart - approaching butter. Tue add-ins were fresh and delicious, with plenty of fresh jalepenos on the side. The iced coffee was generous and made in-house. The noodles were the perfect texture and thoughtfully prepared. I noticed the noodles were dropped in boiling water for a minute and then separated in the bowl before the broth was added. Seemingly small thing, but it avoids the bird's nest effect that often happens. The Politan Row is a great food court with a great vibe and above the bar...
