I think it’s weird that today at 6:41 pm a guy comes to Afton Oklahoma from Missouri and drives around our neighborhood when your hours clearly say you close at 5:00 pm. Also weird that we haven’t had an ice cream truck in our town in 3 years, or all summer for that matter then all of a sudden here he comes at the end of summer, the second week school has started. Then when asked what he is doing here when he’s from Missouri he is confused until I tell him the plates on the truck say from Missouri. Usually I am happy to see the ice cream man in my neighborhood. Not so much lately. The guy today had the music so loud the music sounded muddied and broken. It was an auditory assault. I didn't appreciate it the first time he came creeping through the neighborhood. But to make a second pass through when there was no obvious business. My 10 year old grandson was running and knocking on the driver's window and telling him that he had money.. and he would not stop !!!!! The driver went to the corner and stopped for those kids. My grandson went a block trying to get him to stop .What a pathetic way to be to a kid !!!! This happened on Austin in Webb City.. It's an ice cream truck he's supposed to stop for kids!!!!
