My husband and I just ate here for the first time, and it definitely won't be our last! The food was incredibly delicious (definitely worthy of all the great reviews), the staff was super friendly, and everything in the restaurant was so clean! We both ordered the half chicken. It was tender & juicy, and the skin was like nothing I've ever eaten, literally! Chicken skin usually grosses me out so I never eat it, but this was SUPER crispy and had the most amazing flavor. Made from scratch food!! I watched the cook seasoning and skewering whole chickens to roast. Today I tried the papusas with chicken and chicharone. They were good, filling, totally homemade. The dipping sauce is flavorful and mild. The salsa options are super flavorful and today's batch of green salsa was VERY HOT but so flavorful I kept adding a bit to each bite. I have eaten here at least ten times. I absolutely love this place. Spanish food usually isn't my favorite, but this place is my favorite place to eat now. The food is amazing. Very well seasoned and the portions are big and I'm a big guy. The owner and staff are extremely informative and extremely friendly. The restaurant is always clean.
