I made a special trip from Pittsburg to Joplin today to try this new location, and it was absolutely worth it! 🍣

This is a family-owned Japanese restaurant, and you can really feel the warmth and effort they put into everything. The staff always greet you with a smile, creating a welcoming and happy atmosphere.

I had a really good experience dining here. The restaurant had a calm, clean atmosphere, and the staff was friendly without being overbearing. The food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh — especially the sushi rolls and sashimi.

You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the presentation was simple but nicely done. I also appreciated that the prices were reasonable for the portion sizes.

For a place that just opened, it’s was pretty good! Portions are great. We got two rolls, filet hibachi, tempura vegetables. I would say the only thing was that it was a bit greasy/oily. The fried rice was okay. But all the food especially the sushi was good.

Service is super sweet and they showed hospitality even when we were asking questions about the menu.

We got a ton of food for less than other places and it tasted better than them too.
