Burlington — Local services in Joplin

Came in to shop and upon entering the store was harassed by homeless vagrants rocking back and forth with knives that appeared to be Intoxicated and on substances. At that time upon entering the store, I immediately reported it to the manager that was on hand that went by the name "Eustacia." I informed her that there were homeless vagrants in the lobby and outside the establishment as well as preying and harassing the customers. Her response was that They were not bothering anybody. But it only got worse. As I was trying to shop more vagrants began coming inside the store, Along with a large pitbull that had no tags or leash. The vagrants began circling customers with large backpacks and knives, wandering around the store. The large pitbull began running around the store, jumping on people biting at them and trying to attack them. At That time I was very concerned, as there were families and children along with women who were pregnant in the store, trying to shop. I then immediately went again to the manager, on hand, that went by the name "Eustacia", And asked her if the police had been called to have the homeless vagrants and the wild pittbull removed. Her response was "No they were not calling the police!". I then asked her if she was at all concerned about the safety of her employees and customers? Her response, "She did not care!" At that time I felt so threatened I dropped the merchandise that I intended to purchase due to the negligence of the manager and their lack of respect and concern for the safety of its customers. I will never return to this store as I no longer feel safe shopping at...

Grand opening & we had a bad experience with employees, we went to go pay & everything started off good until she had no communication with us she gave us attitude & she threw my husbands money at him once she gave us our change back & change was everywhere when she threw it & we left and still was nice & said have a good day , she ignored us and not even acknowledging we were there . felt like we weren’t welcome as a customer should feel * ps register 5 cashier “ Brynn”on grand opening day ....

Some of the best green beans I've ever had! Had chicken fried steak and potatoes. Chicken was a little done but still quite good. Service was excellent. We were seated in the time they specified. If you feel like watching a game by all means, it's a good place to go. Didn't change their drink or alcohol selection. Unfortunately. Day drinking is not a good idea for me...
