the worst experience i’ve ever had with a groomer. i took my cat there to get shaved for the first time. i told the groomer it was her first time, and she seemed fine with it. right from the beginning, she was rough with my cat. she was scared when she got out of her carrier and tried to run away, so she of grabbed her by her scruff. once she got on the table she got a bit of her back done. when the groomer got to the butt, my cat tried running off the table. this uneducated woman held her in the air by her tail, slowly lowering her, then dropping her when she was attacked. she then said with an attitude “she needs to be sedated.” that is the first time my cat has EVER done something like that, she is extremely sweet. the best choice would’ve been to let her go and go after her, not hold her by the tail IN THE AIR. i cannot stress that enough. i’ve never seen someone hold a cat in the air by the tail, i was shaking with rage. she didn’t address it or apologize either. this woman needs her license taken away. do not take your...

I have been to this groomer twice and will not be returning. The first time I went, my dog was returned to me with little to no noticeable difference in appearance. Due to this, upon going my second time I asked for "medium to short." I was asked if I would like length taken off the whole body and I said yes. When my dog was returned to me, she was entirely shaved. Never once, was shaving her mentioned or asked. Upon looking at her further, she is shaved down to her skin on her chest area with random long patches around it. The skin is red and irritated. I would have never allowed shaving as shaving an Aussie in is unhealthy for their coat and does not allow their body to regulate their temperature. Additionally, they are not consistent with pricing as I was charged $35 (medium dog pricing) my first visit and $65 (large dog pricing) my second visit. She did an amazing job on my sweet little Ellie May! She is hands-down the best groomer in the four-state area. Ellie gets extremely nervous and timid around people after the horrific near death experience she had at PAWS (Don't ever take your pet to PAWS).
